Run Your Empire
Operate and scale more than one business: the Executive Portfolio, the EOS, teams, and done-for-you.
9 tools in this area. Tap any one to see what it is, what it is for, and how to use it.
What it is
The holding-company command layer ABOVE the operating tools, for the member as owner-of-everything: every organization, brand, and saved idea in one portfolio, each in exactly one lifecycle stage (Idea, Validated, Building, Launched, Revenue, Scaling, Mature). The views: the Portfolio Overview (organization tiles, stage summary, what needs attention, the Needs a home strip for unassigned units), the Stage Pipeline (drag-and-drop kanban plus a List view with stage and organization filters; new saved ideas enter the Idea column automatically; recording revenue on a pre-revenue unit auto-advances it to Revenue, the only automatic stage move), the Financial Roll-Up (revenue-generating units only, owner-entered monthly numbers, rolled up by organization and empire-wide, plus a financial-goals pulse), Financial Goals at /empire/goals (the Business Financial Goals capability rendered inside the area's own shell, INCLUDING creating at /empire/goals/create and each goal's workspace at /empire/goals/<id>, so working on financial goals never leaves the executive area; the goals product's own home at /goals/financial reads and writes the same records), the Portfolio Map (collapsible organization branches, drag a unit between organizations to file it; every map and pipeline unit card carries an explicit type chip, Idea for a saved-idea mirror, Brand for a real platform brand, Tracked for one entered by hand, so near-identical names never read as duplicates, plus a confirmed Remove from portfolio action: an idea unit's idea stays in the Idea Vault, a brand unit's brand stays in My Brands, a hand-tracked unit archives with its history, nothing is hard-deleted, and a removed unit is never resurrected by import or sync), Risk Signals (stalls, cold ideas, revenue dips, each with a door to act), and a per-unit drill-down: two stat rows (stage, revenue, days, owner, readiness; then money invested, funding received, CRM-sourced lead and sales counts, team size), a Team roster tab, and an Open in Operating OS button into the unit's real tools. One-tap import mirrors the member's platform organizations as tiles, files brands under their matching organization, and leaves EVERYTHING else visibly Unassigned, because there is no default organization, ever; the add form also offers unlinked organizations as one-pick starting points (quick-add pills with the owner's four example companies show on owner/admin accounts only), adding a brand-new name there creates a REAL platform organization as well (one creation flow, two doors, same result: it appears in the header organization switcher and the brand forms immediately, with the plan's organization allowance applying), each organization tile carries a short member-written description under its name (added or edited inline on the tile with dictation, or typed on the add form; saved to the REAL organization so the same words show on /account/organizations), and a holding-company account's first organization tile is created automatically from the name given at onboarding. Brands, ideas, and organizations can be closed (record kept, reopenable). Organization tiles that mirror a real platform organization also carry Merge into⦠(fold a duplicate or typo-twin organization into a surviving one: a dry-run count shows exactly what will move before confirming, then brands, pipeline units, cheat sheets, financial goals, contacts, checklists, and every other org-scoped record move to the survivor, team memberships dedupe at the higher role, and the emptied organization is removed everywhere with nothing hard-deleted) and a platform-wide Remove (removing the tile removes that organization from the WHOLE account, both married platforms included: the portfolio, the header organization switcher, Account and Organizations, brand forms, and IdeaStoor, while its brands and pipeline units move to Unassigned so nothing is lost). The sidebar links to the Assessments product, and the sidebar's Idea Vault row opens the IdeaStoor vault itself (ideas' one home; no Empire-local vault page exists). The Brands page (/empire/brands) shows the member's REAL brand records across every organization they own (organization pill, website, Manage brand door into the brand's space, grid/list toggle), each brand card carrying a short member-written description under its name (an Add a description affordance when empty, Edit description when set, a small inline box with the dictation mic, clamped to about three lines; saved to the brand record so the same words show on My Brands and in the brand's own space, exactly like the organization tiles' descriptions) and carries the SAME create-a-brand form as My Brands (two doors, one record: a brand created from either shows in both and in the header brand switcher immediately, and creating from the executive door stays in the executive area). The create form ALWAYS shows and confirms which organization the brand belongs to, because a member can own several: one organization shows as the brand's confirmed home, several present a dropdown with the currently active organization preselected, and no organization guides the member to create one first (a brand always lives inside an organization, and it then appears under that organization everywhere). New brand is also reachable from more entry points that all open this one in-shell form: the executive + New menu (New brand), and the top Search anything box's Create section (New brand), so there is never a second create surface. The portfolio pipeline view (stage, organization, revenue, Import, Track a business by hand) kept below the real list. Every number computes from real records: revenue, invested, funding, and readiness are owner-entered, lead and sales counts come from the member's own CRM, trends only show once real history exists, and nothing is ever estimated. Ask Business Kenny sits on the Overview and drill-down, answering portfolio questions from the live numbers (rides the standard Kenny allowance). The Overview also carries the Empire ladder, an EARNED status computed from real records and revenue-gated (entity count is never the test): Founder is the first company on the board, Operator is the first brand actually generating revenue, and Empire is three revenue-generating brands across two or more companies; the Empire progress strip shows the current rung and exactly what earns the next one, and crossing a rung fires a one-time congratulation (a Milestone notification in the bell plus Kenny celebrating it on the next dashboard visit). REVENUE CONNECTIONS (verified revenue): each organization's and brand's financial area (the Financial Roll-Up, and each unit's Financials tab) carries a Revenue connections section where the member connects the accounts their real revenue arrives in: one source per Stripe account, added by pasting a restricted READ-ONLY Stripe key (in Stripe: Developers, API keys, Create restricted key, with Read access to Charges and Balance and everything else None), so three Stripe accounts are three sources; a bank connection (Plaid) is scaffolded and shows honestly as coming online once bank keys are added. Keys are encrypted at rest, used server-side only, and never shown again (only the label and last 4 characters appear). Each source syncs a rollup of gross revenue by month for the last 12 months plus a lifetime total (a Refresh button, plus automatic re-sync when a read finds the source older than 24 hours; a key that cannot read charges shows an honest per-source fix-it message). The synced actuals appear as a distinct VERIFIED REVENUE line on the Financial Roll-Up and Overview, always clearly separated from the member's own entered numbers, and they power the Earning-verified signal (an idea or brand linked to real revenue above zero). Connecting sources is free and nothing here uses AI credits. Available to every member from the free plan up.
What it is for
seeing the whole empire at once and deciding where attention and money go next, above the day-to-day tools
How to use it
Open /empire (the top row of the header's Switch product menu, or the portfolio banner on the dashboard). Tap Import to pull in your organizations, brands, and saved ideas, or add a first organization from scratch (there is no default organization). Then work the Portfolio Overview, Stage Pipeline, Financial Roll-Up, Portfolio Map, Brands, Financial Goals, and Risk Signals, and open any unit into its real tools. Every number is your own entry; nothing is estimated. Free from the free plan up.
What it is
The public sales page (also at the short alias /eos) that explains what the platform really is once you get past the ideas: an all-in-one operating system for the true entrepreneur who wants to build, run, and grow more than one business under one roof. It frames the two ways a member comes in, as an entrepreneur running a portfolio of ventures, or as a holding company over multiple companies and brands, both building their Audacionaire Executive Profile (the AEP, the executive portfolio at /empire) and seeing the whole empire the way they want to see it. It teases the depth without documenting internals: legalize the business (/legalize), find a business name (/names), market research (/seo), competitive analysis (/competitor-scan), build brands (/studio), set financial goals (/goals/financial), run the pipeline across ventures and execute ideas end to end (/empire). It meets every arrival: an established business or brand, a brand-new idea, someone growing what works, or someone ready to scale. Every call to action is Start free into signup (/signup); there is no separate EOS price, the AEP is available from the free plan up. Point here anyone asking what happens after they unleash an idea, how to run multiple businesses in one place, or what a holding-company / portfolio view on the platform looks like.
What it is for
the entrepreneur or holding company that wants one operating system to build, run, and grow multiple businesses, and to see their whole empire in one portfolio
How to use it
Read /entrepreneur-operating-system (short alias /eos) for what the platform becomes once you get past the ideas: one operating system to build, run, and grow more than one business. It shows the two ways in (an entrepreneur running a portfolio, or a holding company over several companies) and points to the real tools. Every call to action is Start free at /signup; there is no separate EOS price.
What it is
The public lead-magnet page (also at the short alias /aep) that invites people to start their Audacionaire Executive Profile, the member's executive portfolio that lives inside the platform at /empire. It explains in plain language what the AEP is (the command layer above the day-to-day tools where every organization, brand, and saved idea a member owns lives in one portfolio, each in exactly one lifecycle stage), shows a FINISHED illustrative HTML/CSS dashboard mockup that mirrors the real /empire dashboard (portfolio stat row, organization tiles with stage-mix bars, the Stage Pipeline, the Financial Roll-Up, the Financial Goals pulse, and the Empire ladder), and walks through how a member creates their profile in three steps: create the account free, tap Import to bring in existing organizations, brands, and ideas (or add a first organization from scratch, there is no default organization), then see the whole empire on one board. It names only real AEP views (Portfolio Overview, Stage Pipeline, Financial Roll-Up, Portfolio Map, Brands, Financial Goals, Risk Signals, Ask Business Kenny, Revenue Connections) and meets every arrival: someone running a portfolio of ventures, a holding company over brands, someone with one business today, or someone who just unleashed an idea. Every call to action is Create your account free into signup (/signup); the AEP is available from the free plan up and there is no separate price. Point here anyone asking what the executive portfolio / empire dashboard is, how to see all their businesses in one place, or how to start their AEP. It is the profile-focused companion to the broader Entrepreneur Operating System page (/entrepreneur-operating-system).
What it is for
the entrepreneur or holding company that wants to start their executive portfolio and see every organization, brand, and idea they own on one board, each at its own stage
How to use it
Start your executive portfolio at /audacionaire-executive-profile (short alias /aep): create the account free, tap Import to bring in your organizations, brands, and ideas (or add a first organization from scratch), then see the whole empire on one board at /empire. The AEP is available from the free plan up, with no separate price.
What it is
Every calendar in the member's account on one shelf: each brand's Social Media Calendar (live from the Studio's posting calendar), dated Event Planner events, and custom calendars they create themselves, attachable per brand and per organization. The Account Calendar is the master view across the whole account with Day, 5 Days, Week, Month, and Agenda views, real scheduling-conflict detection, and .ics export of the visible events. The shelf also carries the Executive time-blocking calendar (/my-calendars/executive): a kanban of day columns where every block is a timeblock code saying what that window is FOR (the built-in library ships the 28 codes from the time-blocking system, 12 flagged as revenue-generating, plus unlimited custom block types with their own code, color, category, and default duration). Drag block cards between days, see the same blocks on a week time grid, add the SMDT/EODT daily bookends in one click, and read an honest weekly ON-vs-IN tally of hours working ON the business versus IN it. Blocks are containers for time, Calendly-style: events can live inside them, they never make the member busy, and they never trigger conflicts; they also shade the Account Calendar's background so the member sees what each hour is for. External connections (Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Meta Business Suite, Slack) are on the build list and show honestly as not connected until they truly ship; the platform never fakes a Connected badge.
What it is for
seeing every schedule in the business in one place, and time-blocking the week like a CEO so every hour has a job
How to use it
At /my-calendars, see every calendar in your account on one shelf: each brand's Social Media Calendar, your Event Planner events, and custom calendars. The Account Calendar is the master view with conflict detection and .ics export, and the Executive time-blocking calendar at /my-calendars/executive blocks the week like a CEO with an honest ON-vs-IN tally. Free.

Bring on a done-for-you sales contractor or AI agents to run it for you. Dee's pathway: agents do the work first; when the business genuinely calls for a person, hire here and add them to your organization's team.
What it is for
handing execution to people or agents when ready to scale
How to use it
At /hire, bring on a done-for-you sales contractor or AI agents. Dee's pathway: agents do the work first, then hire a person when the business genuinely calls for one.
What it is
The premium service where Dee's team builds the whole thing for you inside your own account: your brand, funnels, offers, content, and AI marketing automation, set up and run. Come with an idea, or none at all. It is APPLICATION-first, never an instant checkout: on /done-for-you you apply (who you are, where you are with your company, what you want built, whether you can commit about two hours a week, and your budget, with a dictation mic on the free-text fields), and nothing is charged when you submit. The investment starts at $5,000 (in pricing.ts as DONE_FOR_YOU_SERVICE), scoped and quoted per engagement above that floor, whether Essential Setup, Full Build, or Ongoing Partner. Every application lands in the platform's super-admin leads inbox (/admin/leads), tagged done-for-you-qualified or done-for-you-not-ready, and fires an admin alert so Dee's team sees it right away. The applicant gets a branded confirmation email; if they qualify (budget of at least $5,000 and can commit the time) they are guided straight to book a call on the calendar with their details carried over, and Dee reviews, books, and charges after the call. Applicants who are not ready yet are thanked and pointed to start free and build momentum first. No Stripe charge ever happens at application time.
What it is for
handing the entire build to Dee's team when someone would rather approve the work than do it, and can invest
How to use it
Apply on /done-for-you (who you are, where your company is, what you want built, whether you can commit about two hours a week, and your budget, with a dictation mic on the free-text boxes). Nothing is charged when you submit. If you qualify (a budget of at least $5,000 and the time), you are guided to book a call, and Dee reviews, books, and charges after the call.
What it is
Every organization can have a team of real people. From Settings > Organizations the owner invites someone by email at one of two levels: a team member (works inside that one organization) or an executive assistant (full access at the owner's level across every organization they run, for the person who keeps things moving when the owner cannot). Accepted invites become memberships; a teammate can be on several owners' teams from one account. On Build and up the whole team runs on the owner's credit pool: teammates never buy their own credits, and the AI does the heavy lifting while the humans review and approve. Dee's pathway is agents before hires: start solo with a small budget, let Kenny and the agents do the work while you review, reach revenue first, and when the work genuinely calls for a person, hire through the Hiring Center and put them on your team.
What it is for
owners bringing people into their organizations, and founders growing from solo-with-agents to a human team
How to use it
From Settings > Organizations, invite someone by email as a team member or an executive assistant. Teams come with the Build plan and up; the whole team runs on the owner's credit pool.
What it is
The AGENCY track, a completely different thing from the referral partner program at /partners. The public program page (also reachable at /cbop) pitches the Certified Business Operating Partner: a credentialed operator who builds a Managed Business Operating Practice, a professional services business that manages, operates, and grows other people's businesses (management consulting plus managed services plus operations buildout) using Unleash Your Ideas as the execution platform. The page covers the market white space (traditional MSPs are IT-focused; this exact lane has no dominant player and no dominant certification), the real-business proof (NAICS 541611 management consulting and NAICS 561110 office administrative services), and a consultant vs agency vs CBOP comparison. Every CTA leads honestly to the application form on the page: name, email, optional phone, and a free-text answer, stored as a Lead with source cbop-application, mirrored into the CRM, and reviewed personally by Dee's team. The inside certification flow is still being built; no automated certification exists yet, and the page never claims one. Send agency owners, consultants, and operators who want to run other people's businesses here; send people who just want to share a referral link to /partners instead.
What it is for
agency owners, consultants, and operators who want to build a practice managing and operating other people's businesses
How to use it
Read /certified-business-operating-partner (short alias /cbop) for the agency track: the credential for an operator who runs a Managed Business Operating Practice. Apply right on the page (name, email, optional phone, and a short answer); it is stored as a lead and reviewed by Dee's team. This is the credential program, distinct from the /partners referral program.
What it is
The outside SALES page (also reachable at /mbop) for the signature Managed Business Operating Practice business model: build a high-impact business where you manage, operate, and help other businesses grow using the Unleash Your Ideas platform. The page shows the honest launch profile (investment $1K to $5K, time to launch 2 to 4 weeks, high profit potential, very high scalability, medium difficulty), the guided system (we show you, we help you build, you launch, with Kenny supporting the whole way), what's included in the LaunchBox (blueprints, step-by-step guidance, AI tools and builders, templates, financial tools, marketing starter kit, systems and SOPs, growth roadmap, ongoing support, and Kenny), a What You Can Offer section that names the real platform products a practice owner delivers FOR clients grouped as get them legal (form the LLC or corporation, EIN, registered agent), build their brand (Brand Studio, logo, cards, sell sheets), fill their pipeline (offers, lead magnets, funnel pages, CRM, leads, the 5-Minute Close), grow their audience (Social Media Studio, Website Content Studio, email and SMS, Book Studio, press and blog), and run their operations (business plan, invoicing and payments, hiring, grants, decks and events), an interactive on-page earnings calculator to model practice income from the member's own client rates (active clients times an hourly rate or monthly retainer, plus one-time high-ticket engagements, live totals, no platform pricing), and the Done For You premium option at /done-for-you. Starting the LaunchBox and saving it to My Stuff happen on the directory model page at /business-launch-directory/managed-business-operating-practice; this page sells, that page delivers. Related: the Certified Business Operating Partner program at /certified-business-operating-partner is the credential for someone running this exact practice.
What it is for
someone deciding whether to launch a business that manages and operates other businesses as a service
How to use it
Read /managed-business-operating-practice (short alias /mbop) for the signature business model: build a practice that manages, operates, and grows other people's businesses using the platform. The page shows the honest launch profile, what is included in the LaunchBox, the real products you deliver for clients, and an on-page earnings calculator. Start and save the LaunchBox on the directory model page.
