The business operating system writer: the Standard Operating Procedures a business runs on, written for the member's ACTUAL business, module by module. For MEMBERS it lives in My Products as My SOPs at /my-stuff/sop-generator (the public /sop-generator page is the outside sales door; a signed-in member who opens it is redirected straight to My SOPs). The member saves a business profile (what they do, who they serve, how they deliver, who does the work, dictation on every box, saving is free), then activates modules in three layers: the universal core every business needs (Sales, Client Onboarding, Client Offboarding, Financial Operations, Client Management, Marketing & Content, Compliance & Legal, Team Operations, Vendor Onboarding, Vendor Offboarding), business-model modules (Staffing including candidate onboarding and offboarding, Consulting, Training & Education, Technology/SaaS, Government Solutions; Real Estate, Creative/Media, E-Commerce, and Franchise marked coming soon), and healthcare overlays (Clinical Facility Operations, Healthcare Compliance & Regulatory, Quality Assurance & Patient Safety, Medical Records & Documentation, Patient/Resident Experience, Healthcare Billing & Insurance, Telehealth Operations, Medication & Pharmacy Operations, Utilization Management, Revenue Cycle Management, Credentialing). Ready-made starting profiles (Consulting Firm, Staffing Agency, Healthcare Staffing, Care Facility, Nurse Hospitality, Outpatient Clinic, Training Academy, Multi-Line Consultancy) preselect sensible module sets. Writing one procedure is the only metered action (credits, quiet, refunded on failure, admins unmetered): each SOP comes back with purpose, an owning role, when it runs, numbered steps written for that business, measurable standards, and what done looks like, honestly stating what it was based on. Editing by hand, downloading each SOP as markdown, and the Send-my-SOPs-to-the-AEP handoff are all free: the handoff merges the procedures into the organization's Org Design Cheat Sheet Operations section and files the full manual in the org's AEP Documents tab.
