• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number (if you opt in to texts), account password, and any details you enter into your checklist, intake questions, or account profile.
• Purchase information. When you buy a product, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We receive confirmation of the purchase and limited billing information, but we do not store your full card number.
• Usage information. Basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and progress through your checklist, which helps us keep the Services working and improve them.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and deliver the Services.
• To send you the free guides, trainings, and resources you request.
• To send you account, purchase, and product emails, and, if you opt in, marketing emails and text messages you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To process payments and provide customer support.
• To improve our content, products, and the platform experience.

Coaches and academies

If you join a coach or academy account, the coach who runs that academy can see your progress and the information you enter into the checklists they provide. We process that information on their behalf so they can support you.

• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
• You can stop text messages by replying STOP, as described in our SMS Policy.
• You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing us at the address below.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
