This Privacy Policy explains how Unleash Your Ideas, a brand of ReSkillify Group ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit unleashyourideas.com, create an account, use our AI-powered tools (including Kenny), the Idea Marketplace, Business Plan Studio, financial calculators, courses, trainings, email and SMS communications, Done-For-You services, or any other platform feature (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account data: Name, email, phone number (if SMS opt-in), username, and password.
Profile and business data: Business name, industry, goals, and any information entered through intake questions, checklist tools, the Idea Marketplace, or Business Plan Studio.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction confirmation and limited billing data. We do not store your full card number.
Communications: Messages you send via email, support forms, or chat.
User content: Notes, business plans, brand assets, images, logos, links, documents, and social media access tokens you connect for publishing.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time on platform, actions taken, and course progress.
Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, and referring URL.
Cookies and tracking: We use cookies, session identifiers, and similar technologies. See Section 5 (Cookies) for detail.
AI interaction data: Prompts, inputs, and outputs generated through Kenny or any AI-powered tool, used to deliver and improve those features.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

Social media: If you connect a social account for publishing through our Studio, we receive access tokens and permissions you authorize.
Payment processors: Stripe may share transaction confirmation and fraud-prevention signals.
Referral and affiliate partners: If you arrive through a referral or affiliate link, we may receive source attribution data.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
To deliver the Services, including all platform tools, AI features, courses, trainings, and Done-For-You services.
To process payments, fulfill orders, and manage subscriptions and billing.
To send transactional communications: purchase confirmations, account updates, and platform notifications.
To send marketing communications -- emails and, if opted in, text messages -- about new tools, ideas, courses, events, and offers. You may opt out at any time.
To operate and improve AI-powered features including Kenny, Business Plan Studio, financial calculators, Idea Marketplace, and automated content tools.
To personalize your experience based on your goals and usage patterns.
To respond to support requests and feedback.
To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and Terms of Service violations.
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, and governmental requests.
For analytics, research, and product development.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising. We share your information only as follows:

Service providers: Stripe (payments), Brevo (email and SMS), cloud hosting and database providers, analytics providers, and AI infrastructure providers. All are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering their service to us.
Coaches and academy operators:If you join a coach's academy on our platform, the coach can see your progress and tool inputs. We process that data on their behalf so they can support you.
Authorized integrations:When you connect a third-party account, data is shared per your instructions and that service's terms.
Affiliate and referral program: We share data necessary to track referrals and commissions with our affiliate tracking provider.
Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ReSkillify Group, our users, or the public.
Business transfers: If ReSkillify Group undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
With your consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

4. Children and Minors -- Special Protections

The Unleash Your Ideas platform includes business ideas and tools specifically designed to be accessible to teens and young aspiring entrepreneurs. The Idea Marketplace contains ideas appropriate for teens and youth-oriented ventures. While our platform is not directed primarily at children, we acknowledge that individuals under 18 -- including those under 13 -- may interact with this platform, and we take that responsibility seriously.

The following protections apply:

COPPA Compliance (under 13): We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are under 13, your parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account on your behalf. If we discover we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information without consent should contact us at support@unleashyourideas.com.
Teens 13-17: A parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising use of the platform and should review these Terms and this Privacy Policy. Minors under 18 may not independently opt in to receive automated marketing text messages.
California CPRA protections: We apply heightened consent requirements and do not sell or share the personal information of users we know or reasonably should know are under 16 without affirmative authorization.
Accessible notices: Because minors may use this platform, our notices for features involving minors are written to be accessible and understandable to that audience, consistent with California Privacy Protection Agency guidance.
Coaches and academy operators: Those who use our platform to serve minors are responsible for obtaining all required parental or guardian consents under applicable law.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies. Categories include:

Functional: Remember preferences and settings.
Analytics: Help us understand platform usage. We may use Google Analytics or similar tools.
Marketing: If we run advertising or retargeting campaigns, those cookies may be placed with your consent where required by law.

You may control cookies through browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from California residents as required by CCPA/CPRA effective January 1, 2026. A valid GPC signal from a logged-in user is applied across all linked services and devices associated with that account.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes in this Privacy Policy. We retain information longer when required by law or to resolve disputes. Account and data deletion requests are processed within 45 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Rights for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Right to Know: Request categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and categories of third parties. Look-back extends beyond 12 months.
Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to Opt Out: We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism.
Limit Sensitive Data Use: If we collect sensitive personal information, you may request we limit its use.
Non-Discrimination: We will not deny services or charge different prices because you exercised these rights.
GPC Signals: Honored for California residents as required by law.
Minors under 16: We do not sell or share their personal information without affirmative authorization.

Data access and correction: Log into your account to view and update profile information.
Account deletion: Email support@unleashyourideas.com (processed within 45 days).

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher), access controls, and working only with service providers maintaining appropriate security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law, including California's 30-day notification requirement (effective January 1, 2026).

9. AI-Powered Features

Our platform uses AI extensively. When you interact with Kenny, the Business Plan Studio, financial calculators, content tools, or the Agent Engine, your inputs are processed to generate outputs for you. We use this data to deliver the features you requested and to improve our AI models. We do not use your inputs to train models sold or licensed to third parties without your consent. You retain ownership of your inputs. We retain a limited license to process them to deliver the Services.

Nothing generated by any AI feature -- including business plans, financial projections, calculator outputs, or market analyses -- constitutes legal, financial, accounting, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying AI-generated output before relying on it for business or financial decisions.

10. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services. Those parties have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. Review the privacy policies of any third-party service before providing them with your information.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where required by law, notify you by email or platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
