What it is

Create on-brand posts, graphics, blogs, and video covers for your live brand, plan them on a calendar loaded with every holiday plus your own dates (birthday, business anniversary, custom dates), and auto-post them. The Campaigns tab plans whole campaigns: pick a lane (AI Surprise Me proposes campaign ideas sized to the member's plan; the AI Guided wizard asks goal, details, audience, and platforms; Build It Myself is member-driven), Kenny writes the full strategy (core message, messaging pillars, funnel, a dated content plan capped at 30 posts, per-platform cadences and goals, suggested targets that are labeled estimates and never promised or auto-tracked), the member reviews and accepts, then Kenny drafts every planned post in the brand voice and can place them across the campaign dates on the SM Calendar. All drafts land in Posts for review; nothing publishes on its own. Idea sets, strategies, and campaign post drafts use credits (charged only on success); campaign confidence scores are Kenny's own fit estimates, never measured results. The generator's Quote Post mode makes motivational quote posts the easy way: say or type a topic (mic dictation built in) or bring your own quote, pick from 3 to 5 honest quote options (real quotes only when the author is certain; fresh ones say Unknown or carry the member's own name; the member's own words are offered as by you, and a famous name is never faked), choose a background (brand colors free, an uploaded photo, or a premium AI background), and get the quote graphic plus a supporting caption with their own call to action, saved as a draft ready to schedule (uses credits). For members who want more than the included code-built graphics, every post on the Posts tab also offers premium AI media: premium graphics (Nano Banana Pro, credit-metered, with a bundle rate for a batch of 4 options) and an early-access premium AI video clip (Veo). The member confirms before anything is spent, and failed generations refund automatically. The text ON each graphic is its own short, scroll-stopping thumbnail line, kept deliberately different from the caption (like a YouTube thumbnail); every post comes with a distinct on-graphic line by default, and the Posts tab lets you edit it or generate a fresh one (uses credits). Post previews (including the premium graphics) are click-to-open large, and the Calendar preview shows the real graphic or video with an editable date and time. The Covers tab makes event and video covers sized for each platform (YouTube thumbnail and channel banner, Facebook and LinkedIn events, X header, Eventbrite, generic 16:9): the cover itself renders free from the brand's own look, two ways in (type your title, or speak/type a topic and the AI writes 4 title and subtitle options to pick from, uses credits), backgrounds from the brand color (free), an uploaded photo (free), or an AI background guided by documented thumbnail style archetypes like big face plus 3 bold words, before/after split, red arrow focus, and versus split (uses credits; the archetypes are known patterns written into the tool, not live YouTube data). After a cover generates the tool shows an honest DESIGN CHECK (measurable layout checks like title under 6 words and small-size readability, explicitly not a performance prediction, never a made-up success percentage) and offers a matching AI title and description (video title/description for YouTube sizes, event title/description for events, uses credits, editable) that can be saved WITH the cover and viewed again later from the saved cover. Where live research is enabled there is also an optional cited web search for current thumbnail trends in the member's niche (uses credits; a real web search of published sources, never "browsing YouTube"). Saved covers get kind and date filters, a cards/list view toggle, and click-to-enlarge with download.

What it is for

marketing the business with content

How to use it

Open /social, pick your brand, go to the Generate tab, describe a topic, choose platforms, and generate. Posts save to the Posts tab where you schedule them on the calendar. Quote Post mode makes motivational quote graphics the easy way.

What it is

The social media posting calendar, its own product (public sales page /sm-calendar, tool at /studio/calendar): plan and schedule every post across month, week, day, list, and queue views, loaded with every holiday plus your own dates. Drag any post to another day to reschedule it (on a phone, tap Move then tap the new day), or click a day to assign a post from the Unscheduled panel or set a date right on the post. The Queue view lines up everything upcoming in order and says honestly how each post goes out: auto-posts on a connected account (X and LinkedIn today), connect to auto-post, or you post it yourself, with published and failed results at a glance. Opening a post offers popular posting times per platform (published general best-practice windows, clearly labeled as general guidance, never presented as analytics from the member's account), an auto-publish toggle, and a make-a-version option that writes the same post for another platform (uses credits, same graphic, fresh caption). Every date and time shows in the member's saved timezone from Settings > Preferences (or the device's zone until one is set). Comes with Unleash and up. Inside the Social Media Studio, the SM Calendar tab is a full planning surface: Day view with real stat cards (scheduled, drafts waiting, posted, honest day-over-day changes), a Week time grid with a now line, a status-colored Month grid, a grouped List, and a Queue with queue health, next up, content gaps, and totals, all computed from the member's real posts. On plans that include team seats, posts can be assigned to real teammates and filtered by person. Campaign posts (from the Social Media Studio's Campaigns tab) can be filtered by campaign, and the rail shows the brand's real campaigns with their post counts. Where the design shows approvals, engagement analytics, or connected channels that do not exist yet, the calendar says so honestly instead of showing anything fake.

What it is for

planning and scheduling social posts on a real calendar instead of posting on the fly

How to use it

Open /studio/calendar, click a day, and assign a post from the Unscheduled panel (or set a date right on the post). It is loaded with every holiday plus your own dates, across month, week, day, and list views.

What it is

Its own product at /my-stuff/quote-autopilot (public sales page /quote-autopilot). A set-it-and-forget-it engine that auto-drafts daily motivational quote posts for a brand, holds every draft in a review queue for the member to approve, and (on approve) schedules it onto the posting calendar. Made dead simple for non-technical members: pick a few topics (like faith, resilience, second chances), choose Every day or a few days a week, choose caption-only or a free brand quote graphic, add your usual call to action, and agree to the credit cost. It never posts anything without approval and never spends without consent: each draft costs the same as a hand-made quote post (uses credits), the member sets a monthly cap in drafts, and if they run low on credits Autopilot pauses itself and sends a notice instead of failing or overspending. The same honesty rules apply (real quotes only when the author is certain, otherwise Unknown, or the member's own words signed with the brand's name, never a faked famous name). In the review queue each draft can be edited, regenerated (spends again, with a confirm and auto-refund on failure), approved (auto-scheduled to a suggested mid-morning slot the member can change), or discarded. Premium AI photo backgrounds and video are never auto-spent: the member adds those to a draft by hand after approving, price shown first.

What it is for

keeping a consistent motivational quote presence going with almost no effort, built for the members (like Nikki's grandmother) who love quotes but do not want to fuss with tools

How to use it

Set it up once at /my-stuff/quote-autopilot: pick a few topics, choose how often, choose caption or a free brand quote graphic, add your call to action, and set a monthly credit cap. It drafts daily quote posts into a review queue; nothing posts until you approve.

What it is

Its own product at /my-stuff/press-releases (public sales pages at /press-release-generator and /press-release): turn an announcement into a complete, ready-to-send press release in AP style. Pick the release TYPE, each requiring the blocks journalists expect: Launch, Funding or Corporate (legal entity style: the exact entity name and type like LLC or PBC, registration numbers as given, required URLs), Event, New Hire, or Media and Entertainment. Pick the LENGTH: Short (about 300 words), Standard (about 500, the default one-pager), or Detailed (about 800). The media contact block uses real details: type the name, email, and phone, or hit Pull from brand to fill them (and the website) from the brand's saved Contact info card in the brand editor; if the brand has no contact info saved yet, the tool points to the brand editor instead. Quotes come back drafted for the member to approve as their own words, the About paragraph builds from the brand knowledge, URLs come back clickable in the preview and plain in the copy-paste text, and it never invents statistics, awards, or claims. Every release saves to My Press Releases (per brand, in My Products) with an actionable where-to-send checklist: your website, your blog, a free Google Business Profile update, and your social accounts each get a checkbox plus a go-there button, and the local newspaper and TV newsroom rows pair with the Find my local media step: live web research pulls the member's real local outlets (newspapers, TV and radio newsrooms, online news sites, and a trade outlet or two) from their city and state, each with its newsroom link and why it fits the story, with a copy-all button and a verify-before-sending reminder. credits per research run, auto-refunded when nothing comes back, and the outlets save with the release. The checklist ticks persist with the saved release. Access (Dee's plan matrix): every account's FIRST release is free (one per account, IP-logged so it cannot be farmed), then releases are included with the Build plan and up, Unleash members pay credits per release, and the free plan upgrades at /pricing.

What it is for

getting the word out about a launch or milestone without hiring a publicist, the gentlest first awareness step for members overwhelmed by lead generation

How to use it

Go to /my-stuff/press-releases, pick the release type and length, describe what happened, and fill the media contact (or tap Pull from brand). It writes a complete AP-style release with a where-to-send checklist. The first release per account is free.

What it is

Its own product at /my-stuff/story-pitches (public sales page /story-pitches): a scout runs once a day for every live brand, searches YouTube for creators who published a video in the last week on the brand's topic, keeps only the genuinely relevant ones (up to 5 a day), and drafts a short, honest pitch for each that names the creator's exact video and offers the member's story angle, signed with the member's name. Everything queues as proposals: the member edits the draft, approves or declines, then copies the approved pitch into their own email. Nothing is ever sent automatically; we never email anyone without the member. Included with the Build plan and up ONLY, with no credit path (Dee's plan matrix); below Build the scout does not run.

What it is for

earning media attention by pitching creators and outlets who just covered a fitting story, without cold-outreach guesswork

How to use it

On the Build plan and up, a scout runs daily for each live brand at /my-stuff/story-pitches, finds creators who just posted on your topic, and drafts an honest pitch for each. Edit, approve, then copy the pitch into your own email; nothing sends automatically.

What it is

Its own product at /my-stuff/blog-generator (public sales page /blog-generator): turn a topic or a link into a signature long-form article written in the brand's voice, plus short promo posts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads to send readers to it. Comes with the Build plan and up (Dee's plan matrix), metered in credits per article.

What it is for

publishing long-form articles that build authority and search traffic without hiring a writer

How to use it

Go to /my-stuff/blog-generator (Build and up), give it a topic or a link, and it writes a long-form article in your brand voice plus short promo posts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.

What it is

Its own product at /content-studio (public sales page /website-content-studio): the AI website content generation suite. Pick a mode per project (for my business, or for a client through client workspaces; the client layer is part of the Studio plan and up, and below that tier the studio is for the member's own business only and client mode is not shown), research the vertical (Staffing Agency, Healthcare Staffing, Law Firm, SaaS Company, Consulting Firm, Coaching, or Other / Custom, with a cached research layer that shows Fresh or Stale by TTL), structure the whole site as a page tree (the four standard policy pages, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Cookies Policy, and SMS Policy, are always in the set and live in the footer), generate every page with AI, review, edit, and approve page by page, then export complete content kits (DOCX, Markdown, Text, or JSON, with cover page, table of contents, section summaries, and SEO recommendation options) delivered by download, clipboard, or email to a client. The wizard prefills from the member's brand AND their Org Design Cheat Sheet (Pull from my brand), supports multiple primary objectives, a destination URL per CTA, and AI keyword suggestions in the SEO focus step. The studio has its own left rail (Overview, Projects, New Project, Verticals, Research Cache, Site Maps, Generated Pages, Exports, Clients, Settings). Research, page generation, brand import, and keyword suggestions meter in credits quietly; exporting and approving are always free. The client layer is how a member builds a website on someone else's behalf: the client's projects, domain, and review flow stay organized under their workspace.

What it is for

getting a complete, researched, approved set of website pages written, for the member's own business or for clients they serve

How to use it

At /content-studio (public sales page /website-content-studio), pick a mode, research the vertical, structure the site as a page tree, generate every page with AI, review and approve page by page, then export a complete content kit. It prefills from your brand and Org Design Cheat Sheet. Research and generation meter in credits; approving and exporting are free. The client layer comes with the Studio plan and up.

What it is

The free public beginner guide at /guides/social-setup: numbered plain-language steps to create a Facebook Page, Instagram business account, TikTok, YouTube channel, LinkedIn page, and Pinterest business account from scratch (name, logo, bio line), then connect each one in the Brand Studio's Connections tab so scheduled posts publish automatically. Written for people who have never made any of these and feel awkward asking.

What it is for

total beginners creating their first social media accounts so auto-posting has somewhere to post

How to use it

At /guides/social-setup, follow numbered plain-language steps to create each social account from scratch, then connect them in the Brand Studio's Connections tab so scheduled posts publish.

What it is

Find keywords, spy on competitor pages, and audit your own site, free. A result run as a guest is kept in the browser (uyi:seoSeed) and saves itself into My SEO on the first signed-in visit after signup, so nothing is lost at the signup wall.

What it is for

getting found on Google and knowing what content to create

How to use it

Go to /seo to find keywords, spy on competitor pages, and audit your own site, free. A result run as a guest is kept in the browser and saves into My SEO on your first signed-in visit.

What it is

Short branded links with custom endings and live click counts. Creating new links comes with the Build plan and up (Dee's plan matrix); links a member already made keep redirecting and stay listed on every plan.

What it is for

sharing clean trackable links in bios, flyers, and posts

How to use it

Create a short branded link at /links with a custom ending and label; it counts every click. Creating new links comes with the Build plan and up; links you already made keep working on every plan.

What it is

Make a QR code and download it (PNG or SVG) free at /qr, no account needed: that free code encodes the address directly and works forever, but scans are not counted and a printed code cannot be changed. With a free account every code is a TRACKED code: it encodes a short link on our domain that counts every scan and forwards to the destination, so the member sees what is working and can re-point a code even after it is printed. Codes carry a title, tags, and a category, attach to the brand the member is working as (the header brand switcher), and the list follows that brand with an All brands in this org toggle plus search, category, tag, and date filters. My QR Codes (/my-stuff/qr) is the scan dashboard: total codes, scans over time, and device and browser breakdowns from the scan log (location is not recorded), with the full filterable list at /my-stuff/qr/codes and the create/manage tool at /qr/manage. Creation lives ONLY in the QR product (the Brand Studio stores, it does not create): a brand's tracked codes also show read-only in that brand's Brand Kit under QR Codes, with each code's image, title, and scan count, so the brand's approved codes live with the brand.

What it is for

sending people from the physical world (cards, flyers, packaging, signs, tables) to a page, with scan counts to prove which placement is working

How to use it

Make a free QR code at /qr, or with a free account create tracked codes at /qr/manage that count every scan and can be re-pointed after printing. My QR Codes at /my-stuff/qr is the scan dashboard.

What it is

Turn any YouTube video into a transcript, then summarize, analyze, or repurpose it into on-brand content. Transcribing is free with no login; SAVING transcripts is free on every paid platform plan (Unleash and up) and also comes with the standalone Saver plan ($7 a year) for people who only want the transcriber.

What it is for

turning videos into transcripts, research, or content to repurpose

How to use it

At /youtube-transcript, paste a video to get its transcript free, then summarize, analyze, or Repurpose it into on-brand content. Saving transcripts comes with Unleash and up or the standalone Saver plan.

What it is

Turn one long video into ready-to-post short clips, and handle the video chores around them. Clipping: paste a YouTube link or upload the file (uploads go straight to the member's own storage); the engine finds the strong moments, cuts clips with animated captions (emojis optional), reframes them vertical for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok when it is on, and can dub any finished clip into another language from a growing menu. Editor (the studio's Editor tab, the make-it-post-ready pass): works on ANY video the member owns (a finished clip from a past run, a video already in their brand media, or a fresh upload; one source video per edit, never a multi-clip timeline, said plainly). Controls: trim start/end; up to 5 text overlays, each with its own words (mic supported), position (top, middle, or bottom), size (small, medium, or large), color (brand primary, brand accent, white, or black), and an optional from/to timing window; the brand's logo as a corner watermark (4 corners, small or medium, normal or subtle opacity), offered only when the brand actually has a logo in its kit; reframe to keep the original shape or 9:16 vertical, 1:1 square, or 16:9 wide, where a changed shape fits the WHOLE video inside the frame and fills the leftover space with a chosen color (brand primary, brand accent, black, or white), an honest pad, never a claimed 'smart reframe'; and music from the member's OWN uploaded audio (the platform's player music is NOT offered because member re-use licensing is not established) with full, half, or quiet volume and an optional fade in and out. Previewing in the Editor is free and unlimited; each rendered video is a flat credit price (not shown in the UI) and always produces a NEW file, the original is never touched. A finished render saves into the brand's media files, and scheduling happens in the Social Studio: attach the saved video to a post there and put it on the posting calendar (the editor never posts on its own). Transcription (Transcript tab): the same sources (YouTube link or upload) come back as the full transcript text with a copy button and a .txt download, priced in credits per minute of source video with a small minimum, metered silently, same no-guessing length rules as clipping. Audiograms (Audiogram tab): the member uploads an audio file (MP3, WAV, or M4A, up to 10 minutes), types or dictates a required title line, and gets a square 1080 social video in their brand colors (brand background, title, a sound-bar DESIGN element, honestly labeled as a designed motif and not a live waveform) with their audio underneath, flat credits per audiogram. Quick clip editor (Edit this clip on any finished clip): trim, one text overlay, own music, flat credits per render, also always a new file. Jobs run in the background and save to the member's account under their brand; finished videos download or save into the brand's media. Comes with the Build plan and above. Clipping pricing is per minute of the SOURCE video: credits per minute, small minimum per run (partial minutes round up; provisional dials), and an optional dub is a flat credit price per clip. Metering is silent: no prices in the UI; My Account shows the usage: uploads are measured from the file itself in the browser, YouTube links from YouTube's own data, and a link whose length cannot be read is refused honestly. Failed jobs refund automatically, and no performance promises ever (it removes editing hours; it never claims views).

What it is for

turning webinars, livestreams, sermons, podcasts, and trainings into short captioned vertical clips, plus dubbing, full transcripts, audiogram videos from audio, and making any owned video post-ready in the Editor tab (trim, up to 5 text overlays, logo watermark, honest padded reshape, own music with volume and fade) before scheduling it through the Social Studio calendar

How to use it

At /video-clipper, paste a YouTube link or upload a video to cut ready-to-post captioned vertical clips, or use the Editor tab to make any owned video post-ready (trim, text overlays, logo watermark, reshape, own music). It also transcribes and builds audiograms. Previewing is free; each render is credit-metered and always makes a new file. Comes with the Build plan and up.

What it is

One-page sales materials on the member's brand, print-ready: a flyer (event, offer, or announcement), a sell sheet (one page that sells one product or service), and a pricing sheet (the member's services and prices in a clean table). Guided inputs with dictation on every text box; one metered AI draft (uses credits, provisional) structures and writes the page from the member's OWN inputs, with a hard honesty law: no invented facts, no results promises, and the AI can never write or change a price. Prices and event details print word for word from what the member typed. Hand-writing every field is free, editing is free, and the print step is free: a deterministic render in the brand's colors, fonts, and logo (contact footer from the saved brand contact info) produces a print-ready US Letter PDF that downloads AND files itself on the Brand Kit's Sales Materials shelf. Creation lives only in the studio at /flyer-generator/studio (one-home law); the Brand Kit shelf and My Stuff display the results. Downloads are print-ready for any printer; the tool does not order printing.

What it is for

making the one-pagers a business hands out: flyers for events and offers, sell sheets for a product or service, and pricing sheets with the member's exact prices

How to use it

In the studio at /flyer-generator/studio, pick a flyer, sell sheet, or pricing sheet, fill the guided inputs (dictation on every box), and one metered AI draft writes the page from your own inputs (it can never invent or change a price). The print step is free: a print-ready US Letter PDF in your brand colors that also files onto the Brand Kit's Sales Materials shelf.

What it is

Landing pages with countdown timers, payment buttons, and lead capture. Product home /pages, public sales page /pages-builder. Comes with Unleash and up (published-page limits by plan: 1 on Unleash, 5 on Build, unlimited on Studio and up), and it is also purchasable standalone ala carte from /pricing.

What it is for

a page to sell or capture leads

How to use it

At /pages, build landing pages with countdown timers, payment buttons, and lead capture. Comes with Unleash and up, with published-page limits by plan.

What it is

Scans every public video description on a YouTube channel and reports every broken, dead, or outdated link, every missing description, and every weak title (scored, with a stronger suggestion available). Members work the fixes in the action workspace at /youtube-audit: per-video buttons to accept the suggested title or keep theirs, confirm or change the description link (with a picker of the good links already working across the channel), generate a keyword-first description where one is missing, approve the package, and send the changes to the actual video (one-tap copy buttons always work; direct publishing once YouTube is connected). Done-for-you fixing and optional monthly monitoring are the paid tiers; prices are on the page.

What it is for

YouTubers with years of videos whose old description links, expired domains, weak titles, and missing descriptions quietly cost them viewers

How to use it

At /youtube-link-rescue, run a free channel audit of every broken or outdated link. Work the fixes at /youtube-audit; done-for-you fixing and monthly monitoring are the paid tiers.

What it is

Tell it you are going live tonight and what you want to do, and it tells you what to do, in what order: honest producer feedback on the plan plus a full run of show (pre-show checklist, cold open, segments with rough timings, engagement beats, and a close that hooks the next episode), with the show format named from a built-in library of twelve go-live formats. It can also propose live show concepts when there is no topic yet, generate 5 to 10 video ideas from the brand, or structure an idea the member already has (title options, hook, beat sheet, CTA, description draft). Built on the member's saved brand (name, voice, tagline, knowledge base); it never watches the channel and says plainly what each result was based on. Members only, credits per generation, every run saved to My YouTube Ideas. The studio lives at /youtube-idea-generator/studio.

What it is for

planning tonight's live show or the next batch of videos, for channel owners, YouTube management businesses, and YouTube coaches

How to use it

At /youtube-idea-generator/studio, tell it you are going live and what you want to do and it returns a full run of show, or generate video ideas from your brand or structure an idea you already have. It is built on your saved brand and never watches the channel. Members only, credits per generation, every run saved to My YouTube Ideas.
