Goals & Planning
Set real goals, build the plan, and lay the strategic foundation for the business.

What it is
The strategic foundation for every organization and brand, an executive-level product inside the Audacionaire Executive Portfolio (its one home: the Org Design Cheat Sheet row in the /empire sidebar, list at /empire/cheat-sheets, wizard at /empire/cheat-sheets/new). One sheet per organization or brand: an eleven-step wizard (Setup, Market or Staffing Niche Overview, Audience, Goals, Identity & Culture, Research Insights, Org Structure, Operations, Financials, Next Steps, Review) captures the industry (with popular suggestions plus free typing), niche market, top 3 company types, the market's top problems ranked with detail lines, company and buyer types, and target audience profiles (accordion per audience: Primary Audience / Decision Maker / Influencer tag, role, company type and size, pain points, desired outcomes, notes). The Goals step keeps Top 10 Business and Personal Goals native and LINKS the big goals to their real products (Dee's one-home law): the 10-year financial goal shows the live headline numbers (total revenue, total profit, year 1 target, status) of the organization's or brand's real Business Financial Goals record with Open and Create doors (create opens the AEP door at /empire/goals/create prefilled), and the 10-year impact goal links a Goal Engine goal (pick an existing goal or create one at /my-stuff/goals/new); legacy sheets that stored goal text or numbers keep them displayed with a nudge plus a one-click Create-the-real-goal-from-these-numbers bridge. The deeper layers from Dee's master document each have their own step: Company Identity & Culture (name, tagline, who I am, what we do, who we work with, a STRATEGIC POSITIONING block of differentiator, value proposition, and positioning theme, mission, vision, philosophy, and Values and Company Culture lists of up to 7 items each framed by opening and closing statements of at most two sentences), Research Insights (statistics with their sources, questions the market is asking with suggested answers and messaging angles, and a strategic summary), Org Structure (roles with person, responsibilities, and reporting line), Operations (core processes, tools, operating notes), operational Financials (revenue streams, pricing and cost notes; distinct from the linked 10-year goal), and Next Steps (check-off actions with owner and timeframe). Two templates: General Business, and Staffing. On the Staffing template PROBLEMS NEST UNDER EACH ROLE, not shared flat lists: each position carries its own salary and hourly ranges, reports-to, and its own candidate problems (an accordion under it); each hiring manager carries its own salary and hourly ranges too (staffing firms run executive search on hiring managers) and its own employer problems (an accordion under it), each ranked High/Medium/Low, because one role's problems are not another's. A Staffing sheet ALSO has a Niche market problems area, separate from the per-role problems: problems happening in the market itself (not tied to one hiring manager or position), each optionally tagged staffing or non-staffing and noting the company or buyer type that feels the pain, for members who organize problems at the market level. Pre-redesign sheets keep any old shared employer/candidate problems in a clearly-labeled Unassigned problems group the member redistributes onto specific roles or clears, so nothing written before is ever lost. The Audience step also has a Pull audience from your portfolio control that lists audience avatars the member already built (their other cheat sheets sharing this organization or its associated brands, plus each associated brand's saved audiences from the Brand audience tab), deduped, so she PICKS which avatars to add instead of typing blind (this is a read of her own data and never meters; the picked avatars append as editable profiles whose pain points and outcomes fill on a metered AI press). The Add-audience control on a Staffing sheet is a dropdown of the sheet's own positions (seeded as Candidate audiences) and hiring managers (seeded as Employer / Buyer audiences) plus free-typed custom profiles; a blank company size means open to all company sizes; and when the AI drafts the audience section it enumerates every role (one profile per position and per hiring manager, not an arbitrary few), so the audience section meters per profile (more profiles is more research and legitimately more credits, refunded on failure) while the pain points fill only on a metered Complete/Update press. Autosaves on every step, progress bar and Draft / In Progress / Complete status computed from what is really filled in, and the list page shows honest stats (total, completed, in progress, drafts, average completion) with Resume draft. The one AI action, Research & Auto-Fill (uses credits, refunded automatically on failure), researches the member's setup inputs plus the linked brand's knowledge and drafts top problems, audience profiles, and goal starters into EMPTY fields only; member text is never overwritten. Associating brands makes the sheet FLOW to ALL of them: the Setup step is a MULTI-SELECT of the picked organization's brands (associate any that share the org's knowledge, up to 12), and every save writes the sheet's structured summary into EACH associated brand's knowledge base (removing it from a brand the moment it is unassociated), so every AI surface reading any of those brands' knowledge understands the member's market automatically; the sheet's own AI (Research & Auto-Fill and every per-section run) also DRAWS on all the associated brands' voice and knowledge, not just one. Members with an EXISTING cheat sheet, or a BUSINESS PLAN, bring it in three ways: upload the document (.docx or PDF, up to 25MB), paste a PUBLIC Google Drive link, or pick one of their saved business plans from the Business Plan Studio (Import existing on the list page, or the Already have one? line inside the wizard). A business plan makes the sheet a full research engine: whether uploaded as a file or picked from the member's saved plans, its sections fill everything else out through the SAME mapper (Market Analysis becomes industry, niche, company types, and top problems; Target Market and Customer sections become audience profiles; a Personal Goals section and a Business Goals section (a list or prose) become the Top 10 Personal and Business Goals, one entry per distinct goal with the member's specifics kept verbatim (a car with its price, a house with its address and price, each dollar amount); Financial Plan and Projections become the financial goal and projections; Executive Summary, Mission, and Vision become company identity; Operations becomes operations; Organization and Management becomes org structure), always in the plan's own words with nothing invented, and when the member has no saved plan the source shows an honest empty state that links to the Business Plan Studio; the AI maps the document's own content into the sheet's sections (uses credits, refunded automatically on failure or when nothing usable is found), fills only what the document really covers, never invents facts, and when the target sheet already has content the member chooses first: fill empty fields only, or replace. Fill empty fields is granular (deep-merge, not all-or-nothing): it fills empty leaves INSIDE sections the member already started (an audience profile that has a name but empty pain points and desired outcomes fills from the matching document profile, and genuinely new profiles the document adds are appended), and never overwrites, reorders, or deletes anything the member wrote. The original file stores with the sheet, and a private Drive link fails honestly with instructions to set it to Anyone with the link can view. Once a sheet has data, every section carries its own AI button (uses credits per section run, refunded automatically on failure or empty output): Complete with AI drafts an EMPTY section from everything the platform knows (the rest of the sheet, the linked brand's knowledge, the imported document, remembered context), and Update with AI refreshes a filled section around the member's own text, where their facts and entries always win and their numbers are re-applied exactly as entered; the AI rail's Fill in the blanks fills every EMPTY field on the sheet in one pass, reaching into partially-filled sections as well as wholly blank ones (an audience profile with empty pain points, a Goals step with business goals but no personal goals): it drafts only the empty fields, keeps every word the member wrote and their entry order, is charged per section actually filled and refunded when a section had no empty field to draft, and reports which sections were filled (Audience included when it fills profile sub-fields). A Regenerate cheat sheet control cleans up a messy or partial import by re-running the same generate infrastructure with a clear choice: fill only empty fields, or a fuller regenerate that tightens every section around the member's own words (their facts and entries always kept, confirmed first, never a silent overwrite). Every draft lands as editable content with a dismissible review note. Building and saving sheets is free on every plan.
What it is for
laying the strategic foundation of an organization or brand: industry, niche, audience, top problems, and 10-year impact and financial goals in one executive document
How to use it
Build one at /empire/cheat-sheets/new (inside the Executive Portfolio). The eleven-step wizard captures your industry, niche, audience, top problems, and 10-year goals; pick General Business or the Staffing template. Associate your brands so the sheet flows into each brand's knowledge, and use Research & Auto-Fill or import a business plan to draft empty fields (uses credits, refunded on failure). Building and saving is free.
What it is
The member's Personal Power Blueprint, Step 3 of Dee's The Next V Formula (Your Leverage) from her book. It is the honest inventory of what the member already brings, seven elements spelling KEESKAs: Knowledge (what they know from living), Experience (work done for others), Expertise (what people come to them for), Skills (what they are naturally or technically good at), Kinship (who is in their corner, their people), Abilities (innate strengths like resilience and creativity), and Stories (the transformation they have lived). Kenny gathers it LIGHTLY and conversationally over time (one gentle question woven in only when it fits, never an interview) and saves it to the member's profile. Members can also fill it in directly on the calm optional questionnaire at /account/keeskas (Profile > KEESKAs blueprint). It feeds idea shaping everywhere (the Discover roadmap and the Idea Validator build from what the member actually brings, not generic suggestions). Never mandatory.
What it is for
building every idea and plan from what the member already brings (their knowledge, experience, expertise, skills, kinship, abilities, and stories) instead of generic advice
How to use it
Fill in your KEESKAs at /account/keeskas (Profile > KEESKAs blueprint), one calm textarea for each of Knowledge, Experience, Expertise, Skills, Kinship, Abilities, and Stories. It is optional and prefilled from what is saved, and Kenny also gathers it lightly as you talk.
What it is
Kenny leads a goal-setting conversation (money targets across timeframes from next month to 10 years, the 6 month and 5 to 10 year picture, real hours per week, and career, business, life, and community goals), then turns it into structured goals the member confirms: each with a category, a timeframe, a concrete target, and a date, tracked with milestones, tasks, and outcomes. Signed-in members land in the My Goals hub at /my-stuff/goals (inside the My Products shell, with the sidebar): two create entry points at the top (Create a goal with Kenny, free-text with a mic that opens Kenny's drawer with their words carried in, and Add a goal quickly, title plus category, saved as a Draft that opens for shaping), honest stat cards (active goals, on track with the percent of active, this week's progress logs, targeted spend against total budget), a filterable Your goals grid or list (All/Active/Draft/Completed pills, category filter, sort, cards/list toggle, progress rings computed from real task completion), a Next up panel of upcoming tasks, derived Goal insights, and the door to the premium Business Financial Goals engine at /goals/financial. Adding and editing goals is a full page, never a popup: /my-stuff/goals/new (also /goals/new) with goal details (title, description, why this goal matters, category as the life area, goal type as the shape: milestone, number, or habit goal, target date, optional dollar target and budget, a visual-inspiration image upload), a goal-specific target metric that adapts to the category (weight for Health, dollars for Financial, books or miles for Personal Growth, revenue for Business), and a Draft/Active/Paused/Achieved status control. Each goal's detail page has five tabs: Overview, Milestones & Tasks (accordion milestones with tasks, per-milestone menu, add task/milestone, and Kenny's AI action-plan band that maps generated milestones straight into the plan), Activity Log (logged time, spend, and notes with filters, a week snapshot, and a progress ring), Analytics (charts from real logged data only, with honest not-enough-data states), and Notes & Files (quick notes with voice dictation, tags, pins, milestone links, simple folders, a files library on the platform's storage, and Ask Kenny about your content, which summarizes only the notes and file names that exist, using credits). Visiting /goals redirects a member to the hub; logged out, /goals stays the porch chat front door. A goal is NOT a plan (Dee's Laws of Plans): creating a goal creates nothing in My Plans; from the goal's workspace the member taps Activate a plan and attaches it to an organization, a brand, or Personal, and only then the goal's plan appears on the My Plans shelf (un-activating removes it from the shelf and leaves the goal untouched).
What it is for
setting realistic, trackable goals and measuring success against them
How to use it
On /goals, Kenny leads a goal-setting conversation (money targets across timeframes, your real hours, and career, business, life, and community goals). Tap Lock in my goals to turn it into structured goal cards you confirm and edit before anything saves. Signed-in members land in the command center at /my-stuff/goals.
What it is
The premium CEO financial goal engine at /goals/financial, with a second door inside the Audacionaire Executive Portfolio at /empire/goals (create at /empire/goals/create, each goal at /empire/goals/<id>) rendering the same form and workspace in the AEP's own shell; both doors share ONE record store, so a goal created in either place shows in both immediately. One MASTER financial goal per organization, and one goal per brand under it (brand goals roll up as a displayed sum next to the org's master goal for comparison; nothing is merged). The member enters only the numbers they control (goal name, a 1, 3, 5, or 10 year duration, total revenue goal, total profit goal, target net margin %, year-over-year growth rate %, annual CEO salary need, and a personal wealth target) and everything else is pure arithmetic computed live as they type, no AI and no credits: the Year 1 revenue target reverse-engineered with the geometric series (Year 1 = total revenue / sum of (1+growth)^k across the years), the year-by-year revenue and profit trajectory with a personal savings row paced WITH revenue (each year's revenue times the wealth goal's share of the total revenue goal, summing exactly to the wealth goal), a live preview with Year 1 revenue and Year 1 profit, annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly breakdowns of Year 1, an SVG revenue-vs-profit chart, and four built-in sanity checks that show their formulas, mirroring the owner's master sheet (planned savings rate = total profit goal / total revenue goal, healthy under 60%; CEO salary under 80% of average annual profit; personal wealth target at most 100% of total profit; Year 1 revenue at least the salary / net margin), plus a reality-check note when the growth rate is extreme. Inputs forgive real-world typing ($, commas, %, spaces all parse; thousands separators appear live), the goal name is optional with suggestions and a sensible default, the create form backs itself up locally until saved, and the goal page opens read-only with accordion sections until Edit inputs is pressed (then a sticky Save changes bar). Goals archive (out of the default lists, restorable from the Archived filter, nothing destroyed) or delete behind a confirm. Status chips (On track, Needs review, Draft) are derived from those checks, never stored. Viewing the pages is open on every plan; CREATING or SAVING a goal comes with the Build plan and above (not Unleash; admins always). Every number is the member's own target, never a projection or income promise. Activate throughout the system (the goal feeding the rest of the platform) is a held build: the button is visible but honestly disabled until the UYI LaunchBox connection arrives.
What it is for
putting one honest master money target on the business (and each brand) and reverse-engineering what year one, this quarter, this month, and this week must produce
How to use it
At /goals/financial (or the executive door at /empire/goals), enter only the numbers you control (duration, total revenue and profit goals, margin, growth rate, CEO salary, wealth target). Everything else is live arithmetic, no AI and no credits: the Year 1 target, the year-by-year trajectory, the breakdowns, and four sanity checks. Viewing is open on every plan; creating or saving a goal comes with the Build plan and up.
What it is
Map where your hours go and free up time to work on this.
What it is for
anyone who is not sure they have the time to start
How to use it
At /timelife, map where your hours actually go and free up time to work on the business.
What it is
A step-by-step system for what to set up, start, launch, or scale, in the right order. The core path is Dee's Unleash an Idea master checklist (Idea, Goals, Products, Brand, Marketing, Sales, Outcomes & Impact): Kenny tailors a copy to the member's idea during their idea conversation, or they start the standard copy themselves from the checklist dashboard. Goals come right after the idea, because success tracking measures against them. The public front door for someone who wants to start a business but does not know the steps is /start-a-business-checklist, a sales page that lays out the ordered path and sends them to signup (next=/checklist/dashboard).
What it is for
starting or scaling a business with the right steps in order
How to use it
Start the Unleash an Idea checklist from /checklist/dashboard, or let Kenny tailor a copy to your idea during your idea conversation. Work it at /checklists/unleash-an-idea; each step is a concrete action in the right order.
What it is
The honest, source-cited answer to why businesses fail (BLS, SBA, Federal Reserve, CB Insights): real survival rates by year and industry, the ranked causes, and the financial early-warning thresholds, written for a total beginner and solid for a startup-savvy reader. A free Kenny intro reads a rough failure-risk band from a few plain-language answers, no account needed. Signing up unlocks the full deliverable: three interactive tools (Quick Check, a 10-factor weighted Risk Score, and a 5-calculator Diagnostic covering runway, customer concentration, CAC/LTV, product-market fit, and debt/receivables), every RED flag paired with its specific fix, plus an Excel workbook of all three. Each full analysis uses one of the plan's monthly allowance (Free 1, Unleash 2, Build 3, Studio 4, Suite 5, Suite+HootHire 6); beyond that one more uses credits.
What it is for
the person with an idea who is afraid to start, and any founder who wants a data-backed read on their own risk before or while launching
How to use it
At /business-failure-analysis, a free Kenny intro reads a rough risk band. A free account unlocks the full deliverable: Quick Check, a weighted Risk Score, and a five-calculator Diagnostic, plus an Excel workbook.
What it is
A full business plan drafted from live research (your market, real competitors, realistic numbers, your state's specific licensing), structured for whoever will read it (bank, investor, landlord, grant, franchise), then edited, saved, and printed by you with a cover page and table of contents. Keep several plans and attach your own files (a floor plan, permits, quotes) to each. credits per draft, refunded automatically if it fails. A guest who fills the intake and hits Draft is walked through the free-account gate with their answers kept (uyi:businessPlanSeed in the browser), and the draft runs automatically right after signup, paid from the signup starter credits and saved to the new account. A business plan is one TYPE of plan on the unified My Plans shelf (/my-stuff/plans, which also holds idea action plans, IdeaStoor-synced idea plans, and activated goal plans); each business plan row there reopens that exact plan in the studio via /businessplan?id=<id>, carries an attachment chip (organization, brand, or Personal), and the generator has its own doors in the left My Products menu and on the My Plans header.
What it is for
anyone who needs a real business plan for a bank, landlord, investor, or their own clarity
How to use it
At /businessplan, fill the intake and pick who the plan is for (bank, investor, landlord, grant, franchise, or yourself). It drafts a full plan from live research using credits from your plan, then you edit, save, attach files, and print it.
What it is
Scan the real competitors for a business in any city: live listings and reviews turned into a ranked report with gaps and a positioning play.
What it is for
knowing the local competition before starting or growing a local business
How to use it
At /competitor-scan, enter a business type and city to pull the live Google Maps competitors and get a ranked market report with gaps and a positioning play.
What it is
A guided commitment builder for solo founders: 11 rules across three layers (rules with yourself, rules with your business, rules for how you engage with others). For every rule the member reads real examples of the rule being followed and being broken, then writes their own specifics: the signals, targets, standards, and boundaries that fit their situation. Part 4 is the commitment summary, where they type their name, company, and signature and activate their rules; the signed copy downloads as a branded PDF, and per-part worksheets download too. Progress is honest (a rule counts as completed only when all its specifics are written and saved), and after activation the rules stay editable as a living document to revisit and evolve. Pure writing and reflection: no AI runs here, so nothing meters.
What it is for
committing to written standards for identity, discipline, pricing, professionalism, and culture before the pressure moments hit
How to use it
At /rules-of-engagement, work through 11 rules across three parts. Each rule shows examples of following and breaking it, then you write your own specifics (dictation on every box). A rule counts as done only when all its specifics are saved. Part 4 is the commitment: type your name, company, and signature and activate, then download the signed PDF. No AI runs here, so nothing meters.
What it is
Program self-assessments, scored honestly. The assessments home renders each assessment as its own collapsible accordion (header: title, what it measures, section and question counts, live completion state; body: description, Start / Continue / Retake doors, and the last result summary once taken), with the first incomplete assessment open by default. The first is Create Your Chemical Reaction: Self-Assessment from the Building the Chemical Reaction chapter (the Solo Founder's Formula). The member answers three element sections (Identity, Discipline, Meaning: 13 questions mixing written answers, a 1 to 10 belief scale, weekly revenue hours, and a Yes/No/Sometimes toggle) plus the Read Your Answers Back reflection where they name their focus element and one specific commitment for the week. Answers autosave to a private draft (Save Draft and Continue Later both hold their place), every text box has the dictation mic, and the privacy promise is real: only the member can ever see their answers. Submitting has Kenny score each element 0 to 100 with honest interpretations, an overall Reaction Score, the strongest element and the growth opportunity, a reaction balance triangle, a founder archetype (their Reaction Profile), a coach insight, and a 3-item action plan for the week built around the member's own stated commitment; results save to their account and re-render any time without re-scoring, with Review Answers showing the frozen submission read-only. The FIRST completion of an assessment grants a one-time completion bonus to the member's account credits (retakes never re-grant; the results page says a bonus landed with no number, and the amount shows only on the My Account ledger per the credit-display law). Free-signup members can take it; answering and saving are free, and scoring a submission uses credits quietly (no price shown at the point of use, a failed scoring refunds in full, admins never charged). SECOND: Know Your Chemical Composition at /assessments/chemical-composition (also linked from the Audacionaire Executive Portfolio sidebar), from the chapter of the same name. Three free third-party assessments taken on their own sites (Human Design at myhumandesign.com for energy, the free DISC test at discpersonalitytesting.com for behavior, the Core Values assessment at personalvalu.es for ranked values; each opens in a new tab), recorded in one hub: the member uploads a screenshot or text PDF or pastes the text and Kenny reads the chapter's record-your-results fields into an editable review form (uses credits quietly; a failed or empty read refunds; scanned image-only PDFs cannot be read and the hub says to screenshot or paste instead), or types the fields in by hand, always free; every free-text field has the dictation mic and nothing saves until the member confirms it. With all three layers recorded, the hub shows the Three Layers Combined formula strip and the Composition at a Glance table (every row the member's own recorded words; no invented balance scores), plus six result tabs: Composition Overview, the chapter's five AI prompts (Your Core Formula, Your Ideal Environment, Your Decision-Making, Your Growth Blueprint, Your Legacy Impact) run verbatim with the saved results auto-inserted (each generation uses credits quietly, saves to the account, re-renders without re-calling the AI, and can be regenerated; a Generate AI Insights button queues all five), and a static Partner Discussion tab with the chapter's seven compare-your-compositions questions. The fifth prompt writes the member's personal rules of engagement, the bridge to their formal Rules of Engagement document. Recording all three layers for the first time grants the same one-time assessment completion bonus (once ever, numberless at the point of use, amount on the My Account ledger).
What it is for
founders who want an honest read on their Identity, Discipline, and Meaning, and a focused plan for the week
How to use it
At /assessments, open an assessment accordion and take it: answer the sections (every text box has a dictation mic), save a private draft anytime, and submit to have Kenny score it with honest interpretations and a weekly action plan. Only you can see your answers. Taking and saving are free; scoring uses credits quietly, and the first completion of each assessment grants a one-time bonus.
