These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Unleash Your Ideas, a brand of Dee Williams ("we", "us", or "our"), and they govern your use of our website, products, trainings, and the Unleash Your Ideas checklist platform (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Your account

• Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• Do not share your login or let others use your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Purchases, subscriptions, and billing

• Prices are shown at checkout. Some products are one time purchases and some are paid in installments or as a recurring subscription.
• If you choose an installment or subscription plan, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout until the plan is complete or you cancel.
• You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Digital products and memberships are generally non refundable once access has been delivered, except where a specific guarantee is stated on the product page or where required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

What you can and cannot do

• The content, courses, checklists, and materials are licensed to you for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share paid materials without our written permission.
• Do not misuse the Services, attempt to break or bypass security, scrape the platform, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
• Coaches and academies are responsible for the content they add and for how they treat their own members.

No guarantee of results

Our Services provide education, tools, and guidance to help you start and grow a business. We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, decisions, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Nothing in the Services is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Intellectual property

We own the Services and all related content, branding, and software, except for content you create. You keep ownership of the content you enter, and you grant us a limited license to host and display it so we can provide the Services to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe creates risk for us or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
