What it is

The free guide and directory for taking money: business bank accounts, payment processors, and invoicing tools, in the order to set them up.

What it is for

setting up payments, banking, and the money rails so the business can actually sell

How to use it

At /getpaid, follow the order to set up the money side: register and get the EIN, open a business bank account, connect a payment processor, and test a real purchase.

What it is

The sales side of the family: pitch, close, and grow a sales engine around what you built. One click and your account carries over by email.

What it is for

selling, pitching, and closing once the product exists

How to use it

One click carries your account to PitchCloseAI by email, where you pitch, close, and grow a sales engine around what you built.

What it is

Sell without sales calls. One short intake (what you sell, the promise with numbers, who buys it, Facebook or LinkedIn, the price, how people pay) builds the whole no-call closing system: 3 hand-raiser posts with a drop-a-comment CTA plus the connect-first playbook (add ~100 niche people, then post), the 5-minute closing video script in beats with second marks (cold-open outcome demonstration, the promise, the price in context, the objection answer, the exact how-to-buy walkthrough, invite questions), the short DM/email that delivers the video link with one personalized line, and a simple buy page (video spot, offer summary, price with context, orange buy button) drafted straight into the Pages builder with one click. Everything is editable and regenerable, saved per kit in My Closes (/my-stuff/closes). Included with the Studio plan and up (Dee's plan matrix); the outside sales page keeps a free intake taste so anyone can feel the system before upgrading. Generations confirm before spending without showing a price (Dee's rule); the buy page assembles free.

What it is for

closing sales of a service or offer without sales calls, using hand-raiser posts and a short closing video

How to use it

One short intake at /my-stuff/closes/new builds your whole no-call closing system: hand-raiser posts, a 5-minute closing video script, the delivery DM and email, and a buy page drafted into Pages. Included with the Studio plan and up.

What it is

A tripwire is the low-cost paid offer shown right after a free opt-in. Log each real sale at /tripwires (from Track tripwire sales on /pages) to see total revenue, this month, average sale, which page earns most, and recent sales, with the buyer folded into the CRM as a purchased lead. /leaderboard ranks members by real recorded tripwire revenue (this month and all time) and ranks the member's own pages, shown by first name for privacy. Members take these payments on their own checkout today and log them by hand; automatic capture is a follow-up once a payment provider is connected. Real logged sales only.

What it is for

tracking money from tripwire offers and seeing who is converting opt-ins into sales

How to use it

Log each real tripwire sale at /tripwires to see total revenue, this month, average sale, and which page earns most; the buyer folds into your CRM. /leaderboard ranks members by real recorded revenue.

What it is

The hiring engine for employers hiring on their own, no recruiter or staffing agency. Intake captures who the company is (Pull from brand fills the company name, what it does, location, and website from the member's active brand and organization) and the role in the employer's own words: the title, the type of facility or company, an optional specialty or sub-type when the title is broad (nurse, tech, aide, therapist), the shifts available, working hours, whether travel is required, the employment type (Full-time, Contract, or PRN), the pay type, and the required city and state (so the going-rate research is accurate to where the job really is, never defaulting to a big metro). A Write my duties button drafts the day to day from the title and facility type so the member is not staring at a blank box, then they edit it. Per role, in the workspace tabs (Role details, Job description, Job posting, Interview process, Scoring matrix): the going-rate research lives on the Job description page and shows a live progress bar while it runs, with cited sources (clearly labeled an estimate when live numbers cannot be verified); the internal job description is supportive of EEOC and Department of Labor standards (a draft to review, not legal advice) and uses the facility type, specialty, shifts, hours, travel, employment type, and location; the approved JD becomes a short magnetic job posting ad that carries the apply-now link (where to apply); the Interview process tab lets the member design the rounds they will actually run (up to four, in order: application screening, a short phone screen, a video interview, a final decision round, or a custom round), and each round gets its own interview questions generated and tuned to that stage (a 15 minute phone screen gets quick fit questions, a 1 hour final gets the deep ones) in whichever of the 16 question styles the member checks per round; and a printable scoring matrix built from the approved rounds (questions as rows grouped by round, candidates as columns, 1 to 5 scores with notes and totals). On the Interview process step Kenny suggests, at no credit cost, how many rounds and which ones fit the role (the member can ask by text or voice). The Role details tab is always the way back to edit the company and role requirements, and every role card in My JD Generator has an Edit role link too. Each finished artifact downloads in Word, PDF, or Markdown. The company profile is remembered, so role two skips half the intake. Everything saves per role in My JD Generator (/my-stuff/hiring). Visitors can run one role's market research and JD free on the sales page and the work rolls into their account at signup. The generator comes with the Build plan and up (where teams live, Dee's plan matrix), generating with plan credits; anyone below Build (or with no plan) can unlock a single role once for a flat $47 with no subscription.

What it is for

small employers writing the job description, job posting, interview questions, and candidate scoring themselves

How to use it

At /jd-generator, per role: it researches the going pay rate with sources, writes the job description, turns it into a posting ad, generates interview questions in the styles you pick, and builds a scoring matrix. Comes with Build and up, or unlock a single role once.
