My Calendars
FreeWhat it is
Every calendar in the member's account on one shelf: each brand's Social Media Calendar (live from the Studio's posting calendar), dated Event Planner events, and custom calendars they create themselves, attachable per brand and per organization. The Account Calendar is the master view across the whole account with Day, 5 Days, Week, Month, and Agenda views, real scheduling-conflict detection, and .ics export of the visible events. The shelf also carries the Executive time-blocking calendar (/my-calendars/executive): a kanban of day columns where every block is a timeblock code saying what that window is FOR (the built-in library ships the 28 codes from the time-blocking system, 12 flagged as revenue-generating, plus unlimited custom block types with their own code, color, category, and default duration). Drag block cards between days, see the same blocks on a week time grid, add the SMDT/EODT daily bookends in one click, and read an honest weekly ON-vs-IN tally of hours working ON the business versus IN it. Blocks are containers for time, Calendly-style: events can live inside them, they never make the member busy, and they never trigger conflicts; they also shade the Account Calendar's background so the member sees what each hour is for. External connections: Calendly is LIVE (a member connects their own Calendly account with read-only OAuth on /my-calendars/integrations, and their booked meetings sync into a Calendly bookings feed on the Account Calendar; the platform never writes back to Calendly). Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Meta Business Suite, and Slack are still on the build list and show honestly as not connected until they truly ship; the platform never fakes a Connected badge. The calendar also runs as a set of toggleable LAYERS the member switches on or off (remembered per member on /my-calendars/integrations): platform layers that auto-feed read-time from records that already exist (the social posting schedule, dated Events and their milestones, Goal and milestone due dates, and Legal and compliance deadlines from Legalize: formation dates, estimated annual-report dates clearly labelled estimates, and recorded filing milestones), each appearing only once it has something dated to show. Keyless external subscriptions let the member paste any outside calendar's private iCal (.ics) URL (Google, Outlook, Apple all export one) with a label; the server fetches and parses it read-time as its own toggleable layer, read only, capped and fail-soft so a slow or broken feed just shows empty. An authenticated outbound ICS feed (a private per-member token, never the password; rotatable and revocable) exposes the member's platform deadlines so they show inside their phone's Google or Apple calendar. No AI runs in any of this, so nothing meters.
