SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your consent to receive text message communications from Unleash Your Ideas, a brand of ReSkillify Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms. These Terms are incorporated into our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. The Text Message Program

We operate a recurring automated messaging program that may include: alerts about new business ideas, tools, and platform features; course and training announcements; event reminders; promotional offers and discounts; account and transactional updates; and follow-up sequences related to services you have expressed interest in. Message frequency varies and may be up to 4 to 8 messages per month depending on your activity and our campaigns. Some messages are informational or transactional, not marketing.

2. Age Requirement and Parental Consent

Our text message program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, or individuals who have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent. The Unleash Your Ideas platform offers business ideas and tools that minors -- including teens -- may explore with a parent or guardian's involvement. However, individuals under 18 may NOT independently opt in to receive automated marketing text messages without the prior express written consent of a parent or legal guardian, consistent with TCPA requirements. Individuals under 13 are expressly prohibited from opting in to any messaging program, consistent with COPPA.

If you are a parent or guardian providing consent for a minor to receive text communications, you assume full responsibility for that enrollment and agree to these SMS Terms on behalf of the minor. We reserve the right to require verification of parental consent for any account we have reason to believe is held or used by a minor.

3. How to Opt In

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is ALWAYS optional and is NEVER a condition of any purchase or use of our platform. You may opt in by:

• Checking a clearly labeled opt-in checkbox on any signup, registration, or checkout form. The checkbox will never be pre-checked.
• Texting a designated keyword to our SMS short code or long code as advertised on our website.
• Completing a web form that includes the following disclosure: "By providing your phone number and checking this box, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Unleash Your Ideas (ReSkillify Group) at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Privacy Policy: unleashyourideas.com/privacy."

Prior express written consent is obtained as required by TCPA, 47 U.S.C. Section 227, and 47 C.F.R. Section 64.1200. We record and retain evidence of consent including date, time, source page, IP address, and disclosure language shown at opt-in.

4. Confirmation Message

For web-based opt-in to a recurring program, we send a double opt-in confirmation text to verify possession of the enrolled number. The message includes the program name, description, message frequency, STOP and HELP instructions, and the message-and-data-rates disclosure. Enrollment is not activated until the double opt-in is complete.

5. How to Opt Out

You may revoke consent and stop receiving text messages at any time. All opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days as required by the FCC Revocation Rule (effective April 11, 2025):

• Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message from us.
• Email support@unleashyourideas.com with your opt-out request and the mobile number to unenroll.
• Log into your account at unleashyourideas.com and update communication preferences in account settings.

After opt-out, we send one final confirmation text. Your opt-out applies across all text campaigns we operate. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional or account messages necessary to deliver services you have purchased, unless you request complete cessation of all text contact.

6. How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any text message. We will respond with the program name, description, message frequency, opt-out instructions, and support contact. You may also reach us at support@unleashyourideas.com or unleashyourideas.com/contact.

7. Message and Data Rates

We do not charge a fee for text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for carrier-imposed fees.

8. Supported Carriers

Our program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket Wireless. Carrier availability may change. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not liable for messages delayed, undelivered, or blocked by your carrier.

9. No Purchased or Shared Lists

We do not purchase, rent, or share phone number lists. All recipients have expressly opted in directly to us. Your consent does not extend to any third party or affiliate of ReSkillify Group unless you have separately and expressly consented to that specific party.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

Your mobile phone number and all data collected in connection with this program are handled under our Privacy Policy at unleashyourideas.com/privacy. We do not sell your phone number. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your number may be shared with our SMS service provider (such as Brevo) solely to deliver messages to you, under a contractual prohibition on any other use.

11. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
