Empire OS (the Audacionaire Executive Portfolio)

Free

What it is

The holding-company command layer ABOVE the operating tools, for the member as owner-of-everything: every organization, brand, and saved idea in one portfolio, each in exactly one lifecycle stage (Idea, Validated, Building, Launched, Revenue, Scaling, Mature). The views: the Empire Overview (organization tiles, stage summary, what needs attention, the Needs a home strip for unassigned units), the Stage Pipeline (drag-and-drop kanban plus a List view with stage and organization filters; new saved ideas enter the Idea column automatically; recording revenue on a pre-revenue unit auto-advances it to Revenue, the only automatic stage move), the Financial Roll-Up (revenue-generating units only, owner-entered monthly numbers, rolled up by organization and empire-wide), the Portfolio Map (collapsible organization branches, drag a unit between organizations to file it), Risk Signals (stalls, cold ideas, revenue dips, each with a door to act), and a per-unit drill-down: two stat rows (stage, revenue, days, owner, readiness; then money invested, funding received, CRM-sourced lead and sales counts, team size), a Team roster tab, and an Open in Operating OS button into the unit's real tools. One-tap import mirrors the member's platform organizations as tiles, files brands under their matching organization, and leaves EVERYTHING else visibly Unassigned, because there is no default organization, ever; the add form also offers unlinked organizations as one-pick starting points (plus quick-add pills with the owner's four as examples). Brands, ideas, and organizations can be closed (record kept, reopenable), the sidebar links to the Assessments product, and the sidebar's Idea Vault row opens the IdeaStoor vault itself (ideas' one home; no Empire-local vault page exists). Every number computes from real records: revenue, invested, funding, and readiness are owner-entered, lead and sales counts come from the member's own CRM, trends only show once real history exists, and nothing is ever estimated. Ask Business Kenny sits on the Overview and drill-down, answering portfolio questions from the live numbers (rides the standard Kenny allowance). Available to every member from the free plan up.
