Per role: it researches the going pay rate with live web research (cited sources; clearly labeled as an estimate when live numbers cannot be verified), writes a detailed internal job description that is supportive of EEOC and Department of Labor standards (a draft to review, not legal advice), turns the approved JD into a short magnetic job posting ad, generates interview questions in the question styles the member checks (16 styles, from behavioral to STAR to integrity), and builds a printable interview scoring matrix (questions as rows, candidates as columns, 1 to 5 scores with notes and totals). On the interview questions step Kenny suggests, at no token cost, which of the styles fit the role (the member can ask by text or voice).
