Applicant Tracking (ATS)
PaidWhat it is
Applicant Tracking (ATS) is its own product (Dee, Oct 25 2026), separate from the JD Generator, and every organization has its own: a member who works in several organizations has a separate one for each, following the organization they are working in (switch organization at the top). Its home is /my-stuff/applicant-tracking: Postings and applicants (every posting of the organization in closed sections, Published, Closed and Drafts, each with its department, work arrangement, location, applicants by stage, and links to its applicants, its job page and its role), Careers page and job board at /my-stuff/applicant-tracking/settings (the careers page web address /jobs/<address>, filled in from the organization handle, the name, the logo, the brand logo offered, the website; then the hosted link with Copy, the iframe code for your own careers page, the Talent Network link and its iframe code, and the JSON feed for developers at /api/jobs/board/<address>, whose jobs carry department and workArrangement and whose board carries talentUrl and talentEmbedUrl), and the Talent Network at /my-stuff/applicant-tracking/talent. Roles come from the JD Generator: on a role's Job posting tab, the Send to Applicant Tracking block says which organization it sends to (the active one), takes the Department (Engineering & Product, Sales & Business Development, Clinical Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing & Growth, Operations, Leadership, or Other with your own name) and Work arrangement (On-site, Remote, Hybrid), up to 5 optional screening questions, and publishes the saved ad with one button; then Update the posting, Close posting, the hosted job link, and Open in Applicant Tracking. A role already published in another organization says so and offers Switch to that organization. W-2 only: a 1099 contractor role is not published here (1099 roles are posted and hired through PitchClose). The public careers page lists every published posting (title, department, city and state, work arrangement, kind of hire, employment type, pay range when the going-rate research found one); each job page has the whole ad and Apply; the apply form asks for name, email, phone, city, state, LinkedIn (optional), the resume as PDF or Word up to 5 MB, the screening answers, and consent, then thanks the applicant in place. The Join our talent network page (/jobs/<address>/talent, embeddable with ?embed=1) asks for name, email, phone (optional), city, state, area of interest (the departments plus Not sure yet), LinkedIn (optional), a resume (optional), and a required consent that the employer may keep the details for future openings and that joining does not guarantee a job or an interview; joining again with the same email updates the details. Applicants land at /my-stuff/applicant-tracking/postings/<posting>/applicants, grouped by stage (New, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired, Declined, each a closed section with its count), with contact details, answers, Download resume (only while working in that organization; no public resume link), stage moves, dated notes, and Add to scoring matrix (for the member who wrote the role). The Talent Network page groups people by area of interest with counts, with contact details, location, LinkedIn, joined date, Download resume, notes, and Mark contacted / Mark archived. A new applicant notifies the member who wrote the role, and a new talent network member notifies the organization (a bell notification and one email with a link); no resume is ever attached. The candidate gets one confirmation email under the employer's name only, for an application and for a talent network join. Hired and Declined send nothing automatically. The old addresses /my-stuff/hiring/board and /my-stuff/hiring/<role>/applicants forward to the new ones. Comes with the JD Generator (Build and up, or an unlocked role).
What it is for
employers running their own hiring per organization: a careers page and job board, applications with resumes, every applicant from New to Hired, and a talent network for future openings
How to use it
Applicant Tracking (ATS) is its own product, and every organization has its own (switch organization at the top to open another). Set up the careers page once at /my-stuff/applicant-tracking/settings (web address, name, logo, website) and copy the hosted link, the iframe code, or the Join our talent network link. In the JD Generator, on a role's Job posting tab, the Send to Applicant Tracking block shows which organization it sends to; pick the Department and Work arrangement, add up to 5 screening questions if you want them, and press Publish. Every posting and its applicants are at /my-stuff/applicant-tracking (applicants by stage, resumes, notes, Add to scoring matrix), and everyone who joins the talent network is at /my-stuff/applicant-tracking/talent, grouped by area of interest.
