Is this the same product as the SMS marketing?
No. The Email Marketing Suite and the SMS Marketing Suite are separate products. Texting carries its own legal rules (consent, quiet hours, opt-out language), so it gets its own product with its own campaigns and settings. Both can connect to the same CRM contact base.
Do I need the CRM Suite to use this?
No. You can add contacts and build lists right inside the Email Marketing Suite. The CRM connection is there when you want it: one click and your CRM contacts are reachable here too.
Will my emails land in the inbox?
Honest answer: deliverability is earned. Sending goes out through the platform's email transport from your configured sender, unsubscribes and bounces are honored automatically, and you will do best emailing people who actually opted in. For the strongest footing, use an email address on your own domain; we help you set that up.
