Org Design Cheat Sheet
FreeWhat it is
The strategic foundation for every organization and brand, an executive-level product inside the Audacionaire Executive Portfolio (its one home: the Org Design Cheat Sheet row in the /empire sidebar, list at /empire/cheat-sheets, wizard at /empire/cheat-sheets/new). One sheet per organization or brand: a five-step wizard (Setup, Market or Staffing Niche Overview, Audience, Goals, Review) captures the industry (with popular suggestions plus free typing), niche market, top 3 company types, the market's top problems ranked with detail lines, company and buyer types, target audience profiles (accordion per audience: Primary Audience / Decision Maker / Influencer tag, role, company type and size, pain points, desired outcomes, notes), and the 10-year goals: the impact goal with a theme line, the financial goal with an optional numeric target and an optional plain 10-year projections table (revenue and profit entered in millions, a display-only total), plus Top 10 Business Goals and Top 10 Personal Goals as ordered lists. Two templates: General Business, and Staffing (positions being filled with salary and hourly ranges, hiring managers reached, and employer and candidate problems ranked with High/Medium/Low priority). Autosaves on every step, progress bar and Draft / In Progress / Complete status computed from what is really filled in, and the list page shows honest stats (total, completed, in progress, drafts, average completion) with Resume draft. The one AI action, Research & Auto-Fill (uses credits, refunded automatically on failure), researches the member's setup inputs plus the linked brand's knowledge and drafts top problems, audience profiles, and goal starters into EMPTY fields only; member text is never overwritten. Linking a brand makes the sheet FLOW: every save writes a structured summary into that brand's knowledge base, so every AI surface reading brand knowledge understands the member's market automatically. Building and saving sheets is free on every plan.
