How it works
1
Pick the piece
Letterhead first, then the envelope, then a notecard if you want one. Each one is sized to its real trim.
2
Pick a layout
Classic, Modern, or Minimal. Each is a rule set over your brand tokens: logo, colors, heading and body fonts.
3
Choose what prints
Your contact lines come prefilled from your brand's contact card. Toggle name, email, phone, website, and address; add a tagline; set the envelope's return address.
4
Save and download
The print-ready PDF files itself on your Brand Kit's Stationery shelf and downloads at once. Free, and free to redo after every change.
The deal, plainly
It works from your saved brand, so it needs your free account. There is no AI in this tool and nothing to meter: every letterhead, envelope, and notecard is composed by rules from the facts on your brand, and every preview, save, and print file is free.
Questions
Three pieces of business stationery, each a print-ready PDF at its real trim size: letterhead (US Letter, 8.5 x 11), a #10 envelope (9.5 x 4.125) with your return address set top-left, and the front of an A2 folded notecard (5.5 x 4.25). Every piece carries your brand's logo, colors, fonts, and the contact lines you choose to show.
Better. A template gives you someone else's boxes to fill and someone else's fonts. Here the layout is composed from YOUR saved brand: your logo, your colors, the font roles you set, your contact card, your tagline. Three layouts (Classic, Modern, Minimal) per piece, and the same brand always comes out the same, so every piece matches.
No. Every design is composed from facts you already saved on your brand, by rules, not by a model. Previews, saves, print files, and re-downloads are all free, always. That is why it needs your account: it reads your brand kit.
If your brand kit sets the Written signature font role and your name as you sign it, the letterhead footer carries that signed sign-off in your real cursive face. Nothing is invented: no signature role, no signature.
Every design saves to your account and reopens exactly as it was in My Stationery. When you save, the PDF and a preview also file themselves on your brand's Stationery shelf in the Brand Kit, so the approved version has one permanent home you can share from.
Yes. The studio shows a live preview and a simple paper mockup (the sheet on a desk, the envelope flat) built from the same render the print file uses, so what you see is what prints.
Not from this tool today; we will say so plainly if that ever changes. What you download is a print-ready PDF at true size that any print shop, office printer, or online printing service will accept as-is.
