Your Job Board and Applicants
PaidWhat it is
Every member gets one hosted job board under their own name and logo, with none of the platform's branding on it (Dee, Oct 21 2026: everyone gets hired through the system, nobody emails resumes). Set it up once at /my-stuff/hiring/board: the web address (/jobs/<address>, filled in from the organization's handle), the board name, the logo (the brand logo is offered), and the website; the page then gives the hosted link, the iframe embed code for the member's own careers page, and a JSON feed link for developers. On any role's Job posting tab, the Your job board block shows the kind of hire from the role (W-2 employee, 1099 contractor, or either; a 1099 role is not published here: 1099 contractor roles are posted and hired through PitchClose, and this board is for W-2 hiring), takes up to 5 optional screening questions, and publishes the saved ad with one button; it then shows Published on a date, the hosted job link, Update the posting, Close posting, and Open applicants with the count. The public board lists every published posting (title, city and state, kind of hire, employment type, pay range when the going-rate research found one); each job page carries the whole ad and an Apply button; the apply form asks for name, email, phone, city, state, LinkedIn (optional), the resume as PDF or Word up to 5 MB, the screening answers, and consent, then thanks the applicant in place. Every application lands at /my-stuff/hiring/<role>/applicants, grouped by stage (New, Screening, Interview, Offer, Hired, Declined, each a closed section with its count), with the contact details, answers, a Download resume button for members of the hiring organization only, stage moves, dated notes, and Add to scoring matrix, which puts the applicant into the role's interview scoring matrix as a candidate column. The role's owner gets a bell notification and one email per applicant with a link to the applicants page; no resume is ever attached. Hired and Declined send nothing automatically. Comes with the JD Generator (Build and up, or an unlocked role).
What it is for
employers publishing their roles on their own job board, taking applications through the system, and tracking every applicant into the interview scoring matrix
How to use it
Set up your board once at /my-stuff/hiring/board (web address, name, logo, website) and copy the hosted link or the iframe code for your own careers page. On a role's Job posting tab, add up to 5 screening questions if you want them and press Publish to my job board; the block shows the status, the hosted job link, Close posting, and Open applicants. Applicants land at /my-stuff/hiring/<role>/applicants by stage: download the resume, move the stage, add notes, and press Add to scoring matrix to score them in the role's interview matrix.
