The working idea validation tool at /idea-validator. The free front door is a Kenny conversation right on the page, no account: describe the idea (speak or type), answer three sharp follow-ups (who it is for, would anyone pay, how you would reach people), and get an honest validation snapshot: a verdict band (looks promising / needs sharpening / high risk as described) plus the 2-3 biggest open questions, never an invented statistic. Creating a free account unlocks the FULL validation report generated from that conversation plus a short form (target customer, price point idea, reach plan, what exists already): the idea restated sharply, who it is really for, demand signals to check this week, a competition and alternatives read, the exact willingness-to-pay test to run, risk flags, a go / rework / drop leaning with reasoning, and the next 5 steps deep-linked on the platform. Every report saves to My Stuff (My Validations at /my-stuff/idea-validator). Each report uses one of the plan's monthly allowance (Free 1, Spark 2, Build 3, Studio 4, Suite 5, Suite+HootHire 6); after that a report costs 200 tokens. Pairs with the Business Failure Analysis: this judges the idea itself, that one reads your overall odds.
