What does the agent know?
Only your own records: the Company Profile and Org Design Cheat Sheet in your Audacionaire Executive Portfolio, your brand and its saved knowledge, the words on your published Website Builder site and landing pages, and the FAQ pairs you type for it. It does not browse the internet and it cannot invent prices or promises.
Where do the leads go?
Into your CRM Suite as a Contact with the stage Lead and the source chat agent, with the conversation summary saved as a note. The organization owner gets a New lead alert, and you can also set a handoff email on the agent.
Can I put it on a website that is not built here?
Yes. Add that website under the agent's Allowed websites, copy the one-line snippet, and paste it into your site's HTML.
What does it cost?
Creating and managing agents is included with your plan. Each reply the agent writes to a visitor uses credits from your organization's balance, quietly. When the balance is empty the widget still takes the visitor's details with no AI. See the pricing page for plans.
