The public members directory at /members: members with ideas want to coach, consult, and find each other, and this is where they raise their hand to be found. Strictly opt-in and privacy first: a member appears ONLY if they turn on 'List me in the members directory' in their profile settings (/account/profile), where they also write a short headline and comma-separated focus areas. Listings show first name and last initial only, the headline, focus tags, the member-since month, and a Founding member badge for the first 1001. No emails or contact info are ever shown and there is no contact button; connections happen inside the community. Turning the toggle off removes the listing immediately.

How to use it
Turn on 'List me in the members directory' in /account/profile with a headline and focus areas to be found by other members; it shows first name and last initial only, no contact info.
