A proactive priority card on the Portfolio Overview (/empire), the first real surface of Operator Kenny. It looks across the member's real brands, detects which high-leverage growth pieces are genuinely MISSING from real records (Email Marketing, Lead Magnet, Offer, Website / Landing Page, CRM, Social, Press Release, Book), and surfaces the single highest-opportunity brand: a revenue-stage brand missing a high-leverage piece (like email marketing or a lead magnet) outranks an early-stage one. The card shows the brand, its real current stage, the real missing pieces, an Expected Revenue Impact (High / Medium / Low, clearly labeled a first-draft heuristic, never a promise), an Estimated Completion (a rough per-piece time, labeled an estimate), and a Start Now button that deep-links to the exact tool for the top missing piece (Email Marketing to /email-marketing, Lead Magnet to /lead-magnet, Offer to /offer-builder, Website to /pages, CRM to /crm, Social to /social, Press Release to /press-release, Book to /book). Honesty law: only real gaps are ever listed, and if a member's world genuinely has no detectable gap the card does not show and the Overview keeps its calm state. This read-only first draft uses no member AI, so nothing meters; when Operator Kenny later DRAFTS the work for a piece, that action will meter like any other member AI action.
