Executive Inbox and paid reach (your DMs)

Free

What it is

The member's direct-message inbox on the executive portfolio (/empire/inbox, the Inbox row right under the Executive Directory), plus the reach settings on the Executive Profile. FREE PEER DMs are open to every signed-in member: any member can open a member's public Executive Profile at /profile/<handle> and press Message to send a peer DM (subject, message, dictation mic), and it lands in that member's inbox. The inbox lists every thread newest first with the sender, a snippet, an unread count, a Peer or Paid tag, and a status (New, Seen, Replied, Refunded, Declined); All / Paid reaches / Peer DMs filters; a Sent view at /empire/inbox/sent of the reaches the member started; and a thread view at /empire/inbox/<id> with the full conversation, a reply box (with the dictation mic and a Draft with Kenny button that writes a reply in the member's own voice, the one metered AI action here), and a real Block or report action that stops a blocked sender from opening new threads. PAID REACH (a sender pays to reach a busy member, delivery-only with a 7-day auto-refund and escrow) is built but GATED on Stripe Connect, which is not live yet: a member can set a reach price (a $50 minimum) on their Executive Profile to turn their public contact door into a single Reach me for $X button, but pressing it returns an honest payment-setup-coming-soon message and moves no money, exactly like the Plaid bank-connection scaffold. Peer DMs, replies, reading, and blocking are always free; only Draft with Kenny uses AI credits, quietly per Dee's rule (no credit numbers shown). MeetMindz stays a separate platform; this inbox does not touch it.

What it is for

letting members reach each other directly on purpose, and letting a busy member price access to their attention (paid reach, once payments are live)
