Documents & Notes (per organization and per brand)

Every organization and every brand has its own Documents & Notes area, so business blueprints, plans, and working papers finally have a home WITH the business they belong to. The organization's panel sits on its Company Profile page (/empire/companies/<id>, under the profile tabs); the brand's panel sits with the brand's details in the brand space (both the standalone /brands/<id> door and the embedded /empire/brands/<id> door). Upload documents (PDF, Word .doc/.docx, Markdown, text, PNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 50 MB each; small files go through the server, big ones upload directly to storage), and each shows with its name, size, and upload date plus a Download link and a two-tap Delete. Beside the documents, a simple dated notes list: type or dictate a note (the mic appends to what is written), add it, delete it when done. Brand notes are shared with the brand's Knowledge base (one source of truth), so the brand's AI reads them before it writes. Uploading and note-keeping are free on every plan and never use AI credits; only the member who owns the organization (or the brand's organization) can see or change them.
