Build My Business Methodology (formalize your IP into a sellable system)
FreeWhat it is
Dee's IP Framework Formalization workbook as a platform tool, inside the Audacionaire Executive Portfolio (the Business Methodology row under the Executive Profile (AEP) cluster, at /empire/methodology). Turn what you know into a named, packaged, sellable system; it works for any business in any industry. It is scoped PER ORGANIZATION (pick the org at the top; one methodology record per organization) and walks the workbook's four tabs: 1. Methodology Identity (identify your business, name your methodology with its tagline, define your core positioning with a positioning statement and signature proof point, define your pillars in the four-column pillar table, and map your competition and differentiation), 2. Pillar Deep Dive (each pillar gets the 8 questions that turn it from a concept into a deliverable, trainable, delegatable process, and every question row also captures what deliverable it becomes, which service line uses it, whether someone else can be trained to do it, and whether it can be automated or templated), 3. Service Delivery SOPs (four services, each with an editable name and ten step rows covering step name, what happens, who is responsible, timeline, deliverables, and tools), and 4. Product and Revenue Map (all 10 categories and 91 catalog items, from done-for-you services to government contracts, each with description, revenue model, which pillar powers it, priority, and estimated revenue potential, in accordion categories with mapped counts). The member can have 6 to 10 pillars (start with 6, add up to 10), and pillar names typed on Tab 1 flow live into the Tab 2 sections and the Tab 4 pillar dropdowns, never retyped. The workbook's coaching prompts and industry examples appear as guidance throughout, every free-text box has the dictation mic, and one Save methodology button stores the whole record. Filling and saving the methodology is free and uses no AI credits (it is your own words being recorded, not AI work).
