What it is

The Agency module at /agency (Studio plan and up; admins always pass): the home for members who run work on other people's behalf, built on the platform client engine so every product shares the same client records. The Dashboard greets the member with real counts only (active clients, pending approvals, projects in progress, deliverables ready as approved pages across client projects; no trend percentages, ever) plus a recent-activity list derived from real project updates and approval decisions. The Clients roster (/agency/clients) is searchable and filterable (Approved green, Pending amber, Declined and Removed gray) with product icons for the services managed. Add a client at /agency/clients/new with the email-FIRST stepper: enter their email and the platform is checked for an existing account; a match means their account is linked and an approval request goes to them the moment the client is created (they answer from Account > Client approvals, and a My agency block on Account at a glance shows who manages them with a Revoke button); no match still creates the client record with the email stored, and they are linked when they join with that email. Each client has ONE workspace at /agency/clients/[clientId]: Overview (services managed as checkboxes, notes with dictation, approval history), Website Content (their Website Content Studio projects plus a preselected new-project door), Social Media and Book tabs that say honestly the client wiring for those products is coming, and Files (their export kits and approved-page count). The Agency profile (/agency/profile) sets the identity deliverables go out under: agency name, brand color, tagline, and contact details, with a live preview and an initials avatar (logo upload comes later). Creating clients, approvals, and the profile use no AI credits.
