   A snack that goes stale or rancid is a returned snack. Packaging (barrier films, nitrogen flush, correct portioning) and tested shelf life are as important as the recipe. Get shelf-life testing done and design packaging that protects the product through the distribution chain and looks good on a shelf.

   Sell through retail, direct, and private label

   Three revenue lanes: own-label into independent grocers, ethnic markets, and convenience; direct via markets, online, and subscription; and private-label co-packing, making snacks under other brands' labels to fill your line with less brand risk.
