   Ticketed terrarium builds, repotting clinics, plant-care 101, and private events (birthday workshops, team offsites) sell out at $40 to $95 a seat, use closed-hours capacity, and convert attendees into repeat retail customers. A monthly calendar of two to four workshops meaningfully changes the P&L.

   Extend into services and subscriptions

   Plant styling and maintenance contracts for offices and restaurants (recurring revenue with real margins, and a separate proven business in its own right), plant subscriptions and gifting, holiday seasonal pushes (poinsettias through gift trees), and online ordering for local delivery. The room is the brand; the services are how it compounds.
