   Beyond matching, offer territory maps, line-conflict checks, contract templates, and communication tools so the relationship starts and lives partly on your platform. The more useful the workflow, the less both sides drift to email and the stronger your network effect and retention.

   Once one industry has liquidity and success stories, expand into adjacent channels and categories. Each new vertical is its own two-sided seeding problem, so grow deliberately. A marketplace that dominates a few rep-heavy industries is more valuable than a thin general directory.
