   Charter pricing resists clean automation because of repositioning, availability, and category complexity, so quotes shown to flyers must be real enough that operators honor them. Integrate real availability, and use AI pricing and matching tools (their own cards here) to improve, not fake, accuracy. A marketplace that shows prices operators reject burns trust on both sides immediately.

   Grow demand and supply in step and support the trip

   Scale flyer acquisition and operator supply together, watching that acquisition cost stays below your take-rate per booking, and invest in support and irregular-operations handling because a high-ticket flyer whose trip breaks will never return. The booking flow gets the first trip; reliability, safety, and support earn the repeat bookings that make marketplace economics work.
