   Earn the festival with smaller shows first

Local breweries, restaurants, radio stations, and banks commonly sponsor at $500 to $5,000 tiers, and many city tourism boards and arts councils offer event grants because festivals fill hotel rooms. Start these conversations six or more months out.

   Design the pass and ticket economics

   A weekend pass at $40 to $100 plus single-show tickets at $10 to $25, with the headliner show priced separately as the revenue anchor. Sell passes months early to fund deposits, and use the headliner announcement as the marketing moment that moves them.
