"Copy my signature" copies the designed version: paste it straight into the signature box in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or Yahoo settings. "Copy HTML code" is for tools that ask for raw HTML.

Paste it into your email app

Gmail

Open Gmail, click the gear icon, then See all settings. Scroll to Signature, click Create new, name it, click inside the signature box, and paste. Scroll down and click Save Changes.

Outlook

In Outlook, go to Settings, then Mail, then Compose and reply (on desktop: File, Options, Mail, Signatures). Create a new signature, paste into the editor, and save. Set it as the default for new messages.

Apple Mail

Open Mail, then Settings (Cmd + comma), then Signatures. Click the plus to add one, paste into the right panel, and drag it onto the email account you want it used with.

Yahoo Mail

Click Settings, then More Settings, then Writing email. Turn the signature toggle on for your account and paste into the signature box. It saves automatically.

Questions people ask

Questions

Good to know.

Is it really free?

Yes. No account, no watermark, no catch. Build it, copy it, paste it. If you like how we do free tools, the rest of the platform is where we earn your business.

Do I need any software or API?

No. An email signature is a small piece of designed text that lives in your email settings. This tool builds it for you and copies it to your clipboard; your email app does the rest.

Will it look right in Gmail and Outlook?

Yes. The signature is built the way email apps expect (simple tables and inline styling, no scripts), which is what keeps it looking the same in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and Yahoo instead of falling apart.

How do I add a photo or logo?

Paste a link to a photo that is already online (your website, or any public image link). Email signatures load images from the web, so the image needs a public URL rather than a file from your desktop.

Can my whole team use one design?

Yes. Pick the layout and brand color once, then each person fills in their own details and copies their version. Same look, every inbox.
