Questions people ask
Questions
Good to know.
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark, no catch. Build it, copy it, paste it. The four basic layouts and the Corporate style are free with no account, forever. A free account adds more on top (the extra designed styles, the dynamic signature, and saving to My Stuff); nothing gets taken away. If you like how we do free tools, the rest of the platform is where we earn your business.
What is a dynamic signature?
It is the richer member design you can see previewed on this page: a banner in your brand color, social buttons, your headshot and logo together, and a Book a call button. It comes with a free account and it is still just clean email-safe HTML, so it pastes into Gmail and Outlook like everything else here.
Do I need any software or API?
No. An email signature is a small piece of designed text that lives in your email settings. This tool builds it for you and copies it to your clipboard; your email app does the rest.
Will it look right in Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. The signature is built the way email apps expect (simple tables and inline styling, no scripts), which is what keeps it looking the same in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and Yahoo instead of falling apart.
How do I add a photo or logo?
Paste a link to a photo that is already online (your website, or any public image link). Email signatures load images from the web, so the image needs a public URL rather than a file from your desktop. No image handy? The tool draws a monogram with your initials in your brand color, so your signature never looks bare. Members can also upload their logo to their account brand and use it here; signing up is free.
Can my whole team use one design?
Yes. Pick the layout and brand color once, then each person fills in their own details and copies their version. Same look, every inbox.
