   Be brutally honest about the two versions

   Owning a GPU fleet is a capital business: a single rack of current data-center accelerators plus power, cooling, networking, space, and financing runs into the millions, and a real neocloud is a nine-figure raise before it serves an hour. Do not start there. The startable version is reselling and managing capacity you rent from clouds that already own the hardware, earning a margin on resale plus fees for the operational work buyers hate doing.

   Open reseller and partner accounts

   Set up accounts with several existing GPU clouds and ask each about reseller pricing, committed-use discounts, and partner terms. NVIDIA's own revenue-share neocloud program and its Partner Network gate certain official designations; you do not need them to resell another provider's capacity, but read every provider's terms so you know exactly what you are allowed to rebrand and resell.

   Pick the buyer you serve better than a raw console

   Raw hourly GPUs are a commodity; a managed experience is not. Choose a customer who will pay for hand-holding: a funded startup with no infrastructure hire, a research lab, an agency running client models. Your product is their onboarding, quota management, spend guardrails, and a human who answers when a job dies at 2am.

   Package capacity into plans, not raw hours

   Bundle a tier (so many GPU-hours, a support SLA, spend alerts, help getting models running) at a price above your blended cost of capacity. The margin lives in the packaging and the service, not in arbitraging the raw hour, which the big clouds will always beat.

   Build billing, quotas, and guardrails

   The fastest way to lose money is a customer who leaves eight GPUs idle over a weekend on your account. Instrument usage, set hard spend caps, alert on idle capacity, and reconcile your provider invoices against what you bill weekly. This is the operational discipline the whole model rests on.

   Grow only as fast as your commitments are covered

   Committed-use discounts improve your margin but create fixed cost; never commit to more capacity than your booked customers cover, plus a small, funded buffer. Growing into unsold commitments is how resellers in every cloud generation have gone broke.
