   Natural expansions include a sports medicine physician for medical management and injections, MSK ultrasound imaging (and, at real scale with radiology partners, a standalone MSK imaging center offering faster, cheaper MRI and X-ray than hospitals), workplace ergonomics and injury-prevention contracts with local employers, and a second location in the next athlete-dense neighborhood.
