   Line up a CPA who signs off on 990s and an attorney for governance and legal questions, so when a client needs more than tracking you have someone to hand it to instead of guessing. Being the organized hub that keeps the professionals looped in, rather than pretending to be the professional, is the whole value and the whole safety of this business.

   Templatize the calendars, the intake, the document requests, and the reminder cadence so each new client takes a fraction of the setup time the first one did.
