A fixed-site imaging suite (echo, cardiac testing) is a later expansion once volume justifies walls.

   Sell recurring contracts, not one-off fairs

   Employers and unions buying annual screening days for benefits and workers comp reasons, senior living operators wanting quarterly visits, and health systems buying community outreach capacity are the recurring backbone. Single community events build goodwill and a mailing list but rarely carry payroll alone. Price per event day or per screened person with a minimum.

   Handle data like the medical record it is

   Screening results are protected health information: encrypted collection, consent forms, secure delivery to participants, and business associate agreements with corporate clients who receive only aggregate reports, never individual results. Getting this wrong once can end the company.

   Expand the menu with partners

   Mobile mammography and lung screening require heavy equipment and radiology partners, but skin cancer screening events with a teledermatology partner, colorectal screening kit distribution with navigation follow-up, and cancer screening days co-branded with local health systems all bolt onto the same calendar and client list you already run.
