   A localization QA pass per language: every screen visited by a native speaker, checking translation accuracy in context, text overflow and truncation, broken variables and placeholders, date, currency, and number formats, right-to-left behavior where relevant, and cultural appropriateness of images, icons, and idioms.    Bilingual speakers are everywhere; bilingual speakers who write reproducible bug reports are rare. Build a short training for your testers (how to report, how to screenshot, how to rate severity) and pay per test pass. Two vetted testers per language lets you cross-check quality.

   A browser device lab subscription, a few physical phones, and the client's staging builds cover most needs. For games, testers play real builds; for SaaS, they walk a scripted flow per screen. Keep the tooling lean; the native eyes are the product.
