   Online booking, hourly and daily rates, and delivery or guided-tour options raise utilization and average ticket. Track fleet uptime, utilization, and cost per vehicle. Add guided tours, group rates, and seasonal packages, and consider light retail (helmets, accessories) to round out revenue. Utilization per scooter is the number that decides profitability.
