Be clear where this overlaps with an aircraft management company (its own card here) and where your role is advisory or interim leadership of the client's own department rather than operating on your certificate.

   Sell to the decision-makers and their advisors

   Buyers are corporations weighing or running private aviation, family offices, and executives, often reached through their CFOs, general counsel, wealth advisors, and existing aviation vendors. Your credibility is your operating record, so lead with the analysis and the honest counsel, including recommending against a department when charter or management is genuinely better.
