   Build the governance and training in, then hand off

   Deliver the rules, the plot assignments, a maintenance calendar, and a short training so the garden runs without you. A garden that depends on you forever is a job; a garden that thrives after you leave is a case study and a referral engine. Teach them to run it, and document the handoff.
