Is this a template or a real plan?
A real plan. The draft is written for YOUR business from live research: your market's size, the competitors that actually exist in your area, realistic pricing, and typical startup costs. The research sources are listed at the bottom of every plan so you can check them yourself.
Can I edit the draft?
Every word. Each section opens as editable text: change the numbers, rewrite the story, add what only you know. Save your changes any time and mark the plan Final when it is ready.
Can I keep more than one plan?
Yes. Draft a plan for every idea or property you are weighing and keep them all in your account, each with its own files attached.
Can I attach my own documents?
Yes. Attach a floor plan, a lease, permits, contractor quotes, or photos to each plan (PDF, images, Word, or Excel, up to 6 MB per file) so everything for that business lives in one place.
What does a plan cost?
300 tokens per researched draft. A free account comes with 500 starter tokens, so your first plan costs nothing out of pocket. If a draft fails, your tokens are refunded automatically. Editing, saving, attaching files, and printing are all free.
Will a bank accept it?
The plan follows the standard structure lenders expect, and you choose who the plan is for before it drafts: a bank or SBA lender, an investor, a landlord, a grant program, or a franchise application. Each version emphasizes what that reader looks for (a lender sees the funding request and cash flow coverage up front; an investor sees market size and unit economics). It prints with a cover page and table of contents. You still review and own every number before you hand it to anyone.
Does it know my state's rules?
Yes. The city or area you enter locks the research to your state: the licensing section is researched specifically for that state's requirements for your business type, naming the actual agencies, license names, and fees it finds, plus county or city requirements where they exist. Every plan lists its research sources so you can verify them.
